I literally have no issue at all with TCs and have no issue living next door to them, being their friend or accepting them in any fashion at all. I find many similarities. we are much more alike than some seem to think.

In fact, I consider them patriots. It would be different of course to any potential Grey Wolf or fanatic.

I also feel the same way with Turks from Turkey. To the point I wish Turkey and Greece can just start to get along and move forward as partners. But sadly, Turkey is making just crazy claims against the Greek and Cypriot EEZ which are clearly unnaceptable and a provocation.

I'm scheduled to visit Turkey and am looking forward to it. I have no issue with them as a people, love their food and can be mostly civil towards them and I know they will be civil towards me. In fact, I know they are a most hospitable race of people, towards Greeks as well. The problem isn't the people. It's the politics.

TCs and GCs need to get togather and move forward togather. It's vital.

The relationship between Greece and Turkey should be exactly the same as Australia and New Zealand or US and Canada.

Greeks and Turks are brothers. I firmly believe that.

It’s a real shame it isn’t like this because it really should be.

I don’t think it’s possible to be like that with Erdogan. But one day Erdogan will go. And Turkey will open up and westernise itself more and more.

Then, if Greece and Turkey are smart, they will be partners and allies in every facet.

I’m my opinion, Greek and Turkish should be taught in both countries and also cultural reproachment. There is far more to gain in the future. The alternative is what is happening in Ukraine today will happen to Greece, Cyprus and Turkey in the future. No one needs that.

So TCs and GCs, do whatever you can.

The only animosity between Greece and Turkey should be in sports. Just like it is between Australia and NZ.

It’s for the best. Otherwise our future generation will be exposed to much horror and suffering.
