Scotland, where Im from
Spain
Thailand
Greece
Turkey
Hong Kong
South Korea
France
Portugal
Ireland
Andorra
USA
Egypt
China
Malaysia
Morocco
The Czech Republic
France

Egypt was just fantastic and the people very friendly. Paris was stunning for architecture and atmosphere, South Korea was the biggest disappointment - the most boring country in the world. Hong Kong was the biggest surprise, easy to get into beautiful countryside from the city.

Very interesting although a bit scary. The only muslim country where I felt threatened but was probably a bit unlucky

Hi Sugar,
Everything's relative - I wrote "older" not "old"...
still, you're absolutely right, my dad was old at 50, but at nearly 60 I'm still a young buck playing in a blues band and chatting with Little Sugar's.

Ooh, let's see then ...

England (my home country)
Japan (where I was born, for some reason)
Scotand - scenery and history
Ireland - scenery, people, and culture
Wales, scenery, walking
France, Paris for the culture
Spain - the tapas and the warmth
Germany - the beer
Swizterland - how civilised and beautiful
Norway - for the fjords - I want to go back
USA - for the wide open spaces
Holland - for the Euro-culture
Czech Republic - you can't beat Prague
Belgium - for the beer
Malta - nice place
Cyprus - of course!

Must dust down my passport and get out more.
