I went to Instanbul.
I did not like it much The poor out way the well off and they are every where begging.
Thats what I noticed maybe I was in the wrong areas????

I had heaps of trouble at the border I was part of a tour but my surname and place of birth Cyprus did not impress them although I was travelling with an aussie passport.

In case you are wondering my surname is Constantinou (how Greek lol)

Well Istanbul is not the best city to live I know. She is a beautiful lady and a filthy whore at the same time. Sometimes I want to escape it but sometimes I feel lucky to live in Istanbul. Bosphorous is so beautiful.
Well you say there are many beggers. That is right but every city has poor and rich. You should have been visited Bagdad Street and Nisantasi. Well most of those beggers are what we call `Kurdish Problem`.
You can travel to Turkey even with a Cypriot passport. Some people think your surname and place of birth will be a problem for you but it is wrong. Although not a Country my favourite place is Barcelona (Benidorm is also Spain but rather different so have to be specific). Absolutely amazing city. London is a great place too - lots of culture, history and things to do!

Also loved growing up in Liverpool. Such fantastic people and musical talent everywhere.
