Why do Cypriot blokes all think they're Snoop Dogg?

I live in one of the lowest insurance risk areas - Suffolk.

I witnessed a motobike accident fatality at the end of my country lane (not nice) - the police at the scene said this was quite an easy case for them compared to dealing with the louts and drunks in the local town. They felt 'let off the hook'.

How bad must it be that dealing with the death of a teenager is preferrable??

With regard to the "merc gangs".... I can only say that young men the world over tend to display a great pride in their expensive new vehicles. I live in a very small town in scotland and have seen many young guys in flash cars cruising around the town at the weekends.

Where I work several miles from home, there is a very large carpark where these young people gather for the sole purpose of showing off their cars and giving displays of the power involved with them and their extremely loud stereo systems.

I am moving to Tala village later this year, and hope there isn't too big a problem with this sort of thing, since here in the UK such showoff attitude does cost many young lives every year and leaves families in despair.

It does however, sound like the guys in question in the Mercs are simply being a bit more careful since they seem to be travelling at 20kph and not as I often see, at 100mph.
