Would you consider Cyprus airways a safe airline to use?

There is no Safe airline.The time you take the decision to fly you also take the risk of things going wrong! There is also a note that you fly on your own Risk!

Some airlines are safer than others. I think CA is safe but their financial problems recently are worrying me.

i think most airlines are safe....more chance of getting hit by a bus or car than suffering in a plane.......

flying is very safe. think of the thousands and thousands of flights every day, and how often one crashes...maybe there are three or four crashes a year... out of millions.... yes, flying is safe and i am sure CA is also safe.

Don't know about safe but I used them once and didn't rate their cabin service, and I was in business class!! A friend of mine used to call then Cyprus Scareways but I think that was just a joke.

Have always used Cyprus Airlines. Find them pretty good, cabin staff need an implant of humour though!! Going XL in October as Cyprus Airlines prices had shot up so will be keen to compare

CY Airways can't be that safe, The EU are planning on putting them on the blacklist along wiith those small African airlines.
