I've been in the one with light beige colour (we went to see it with my colleage, as I represent one holiday rental company :)), but as far as I know the villas are identical. The furtinure is a bit different, but the buildings are the same.

Hi Natalia

I've heard from someone who stayed in Jason Villa last year and said it wasn't very pleasant, I believe that must be the one who have been in, as she said it backed on to a chinese restauarant and not the beach. I'm supposed to send the deposit tomorrow and now I'm not sure what to do. I had also been looking at Cosmas Villas, also right near Fig Tree Bay, but they were smaller and the pool didn't look as nice. Do you know these villas, I know they are with several letting agents.
Thanks so much for your help.

Good morning, Sunshine :)

I don't know where the Cosmas villas are exactly situated, but they are definately not in the better location than those villas we were talking about. I even suspect they are quite far from Fig Tree Bay, as there is no newly built complex (as stated in the advert) 100 m from Fig Tree Bay. Maybe 800 meters away - that would be about right.
If you want to be in the center of Protaras and close to the sea - then Emmanuel villa (or Jason, or Andi, or Golden Sun :)) will be the best choice. But if you worry about restaurants and tavernas (there is a local taverna close to the villas as well), than maybe it's better to look for something in the residential area. It will be nice and quiet, but a bit far from the beach.
