I have found what seems like the ideal villa for my family holiday at Fig Tree Bay, it has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, however, I have since seen it advertised with two other companies, who are advertising it with only one bathroom. Emmanuel Villa is on a small complex of 10 villas right by Fig Tree Bay, other villas I have seen on this complex are Andi, Jason, EmaChris, Ema, Chris, Yiasson and two Golden Sun Villas. Has anyone stayed in these villas, particularly Emmanuel, or know anything about them.

If you do move to Fig Tree Bay then may I recommend Vangelis' restuarant in Paralimni - the best place to eat in 'eastern Cyprus'.

The meze is amazing and so not expensive - i think he is reknowned for his loukanika.

I know these villas well, I have been inside of one of them. Yes, this complex consists of 10 properties, but only TWO of them are actually offered for rent. The others are private houses.
So, all the names that you have mentioned - Jason, Andi, Emmanuel and Golden Sun - are the names of the same property, as every company names the property differently .

The location of the properties is perfect, the sea is nearly at your door step. And you don't need to rent a car - you are in the center of lively tourist area.
There are two bathrooms in the villa: one is main bathroom upstairs and one WC downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs - one double and two twins, and one bedroom is downstairs with single bed.

Thanks so much Natalia, thats a great help and clears things up somewhat, although the property is being advertised with an en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom, a family bathroom and the downstirs cloackroom. You mentioned that only two are to let, the letting company are offering two, one backs on to the beach and the other is over the road........is that correct?

That's right, the one with light beige colour is over the little inside road, the other is light violet and back on to the beach.
