Teach me how to fish instead of giving me fish everyday...

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

We choose our own leaders and what you call our ruling elites. In the last 30 years we have been voting for Denktas over and over so whatever he said and he did was our responsibility as much as his.

You make it sound like we are living in a totalitarian system.

p.s. And in no time I will claim that democracy in the north is perfect and again in no time I will claim that representative democracy in general is perfect. But that is the best we have. And even failing to change the broken system is our failure as well. Up to 3 years ago we were continuously were failing to challenge the existing system.

However, getting financial aids and funds in order to create equal circumstances for TCs and stability of United Cyprus is a different issue and it's a must. The cost of the damage caused to the North of Cyprus by all concerned parties is huge.

That's what I'm saying, too; turkcyp. And also this is what the Annan Plan envisages also.

I do not think so. I believe the sooner we realize that it is only we who can save us, the better it is. I am completely against financial aids which are not given as a debt and which are given as funds instead of projects.

And also I believe that was a bad side of Annan Plan and should not exist in the new proposed plan if there will be any.

Teach us how to fish instead of giving us fish

The problem is that the boat you want to use for fishing is stolen, and this is why you can't fish with it.

Return to us what you stole, come and get what belongs to you, and then you can go fishing. (free lessons included)

There were TCs who were voting for the others as well. We saw their capabilities and how effective, strong, rational, constructive and productive their opposition as well. Even the best one is the lesser of the evil, in my mind.

In conclusion, finally TCs chose the lesser of the evil but still they have no chance to overcome their internal and external problems. This is a matter of intelligence, pro-activity, rationality, effectiveness, constructiveness. I'm not trying to belittle anyone but our wasted years is the best evidence of my assertions. There's nothing new in particular... They keep repeating the same refrains and doing the same mistakes in a poor-spirited manner.

The fact is that there's only one boat. Once you forced us to abandon the boat completely. We resisted and warned you if you keep oppressing and forcing us to abandon the boat, we would end up partitioning the boat. you didn't listen to us even give a f**k. Eventually we moved to the Northern part of the boat and did exactly the same of what you did us when we were living in the boat mixed.

It seems you like to play this game. Now you come again and tell us let's move into our former positions and repeat this game once again. We don't want to play this stupid game once again but you still insist. You have to force us to make us play this stupid, bloody game. And you should know how the players play this game under opression and pressure...

I am going to give the same answer to you that I have given to Magik,......

Actually I have written a different post first, but then deleted it, because I do not want to turn this topic to another "stolen property" debate.

So all I will say is "You are entitled to have your own opinion but I respectfully disagree." The reasons why, I respectfully disagree has been explained in so many other "property topics" in this forum, so you can find them there, and continue your vicious cycle there.

Take care Piratis,

actually a solution won't ever be achieved on if you think that the stolen property actually belongs to the TC community.

Please do me a favour and answer me these questions:

XX: We do not accept the economic Packages from Turkey.
Denktash.Either take them or go to Mosqwe (Russia) and bring money.

When was that?
Who was the leftist who was "government" in the past, and refused to take the packages?
What happened in the end? :?:

This never happened. The boat you keep is stolen, this is a fact, this is what UN resolutions say, and what you do is illegal. Keep your excuses to yourself.
