Filitsa , these primitive people , mothers and fathers , inflict horrific injuries to their children by mutilating their heads mostly , so that they prove their faith to God !! In our world should such disgusting attack on our children take place , the parents would be locked in a mental asylum. Eliko justifies such actions by giving various examples of self mutilation that took place through out history , in all cases amongst barbarians. After all cannibals inflicted horrific death to their "dinners " !!!

miltiades, you are too loud, you always allow your fury to dictate your thoughts, it is people of YOUR mindset that allow, indeed encourage the forces of aggression to flourish.

Your mind is like a sponge, eagerly absorbing whatever propoganda the politically controlled media spill out in order that you may suck it up.

NOBODY on this forum is in agreement with the atrocities of the 'suicide bombers'.

ALL of those atrocious actions are a direct result of the unlawful attack on the nation and THAT is the only point worth discussing, the question is whether or not you feel there was justification in the attack.

It would be helpful if you would address THAT issue, bearing in mind that the reasons given were based on false information.

Your constant references to my past comments on various matters is a disgrace to your own intelligence, since I am sure that wherever I may have made mention to them, I have never condoned them, merely have I tried to understand the reasoning behind them.

On those issues, I think I have made my position abundantly clear to any who have the capacity to read AND digest the contents, an attribute sadly lacking in your case I fear.

This particular thread was intended to encourage some comments regarding the recent lack of information available in our press, with the election campaigns in full swing, I personally think THAT may be the reason, obviously I could be wrong, what are your views ?.

Same old Eliko , same old nonsense. Look man , the Iraqi now have a government elected by the overwhelming majority. The suicide killers that you use inverted commas in mentioning , are sick savages along with those that instruct them in the art of massacring thousands of THEIR OWN PEOPLE.
Idiotic opinions such as the ones you present are indicative of your blindness to reality. The reality is that the Iraqi people are sick and tired of these savages spreading death and destruction amongst their innocent civilians. These bastards are NOT attacking US forces in case it escaped your attention. Remove your blinkers Eliko and you will see that the barbarians ARE the ones responsible for the continuing violence.

Taking your views on board and also allowing for the 'Gerrymandered ' election results, the question still remains, "Who instigated ALL of the horrendous actions taking place in Iraq?"

When a saucepan of milk boils over, don't blame the milk or the saucepan, blame the heat !.

Thought that might encourage a little more insight since you are in the business.

Yes but what has that got to do with muslims in Iraq killing muslims, according to your logic it is the US & UK forces they should be venting their anger on not each other.
Regarding who instigated all this; 95% is from outside iraq, this is not about the rights and wrongs of the coalitions actions it's about muslims killing muslims.
Take off the blinkers.

95% from OUTSIDE Iraq you say , I take it you have the necessary information to back up such an extraordinary claim.

If you have, I suggest you should forward it forthwith to the appropriate authorities, I am sure they will be most interested since they themselves are unable to make ANY assessments percentage wise.

Bully for you

Actually it is NOT, this thread is supposed to be about the lack of NEWS from Iraq which emanated from my observations that there seemed to be a distinct lack of it recently.

Had you taken the time to READ the heading, you would have probably noticed that simple fact, however, in keeping with your usual diatribes I suppose it is only to be expected of you.

PS. Since you seem to get off on news of bombings in Iraq you will no doubt be pleased to hear that the latest attack on the coalition by the poor Downs Syndrome women has now been re assesed at nearly one hundred muslims killed

Had you taken the trouble to research the subject before you barged in with your inane comments, you might have noticed that THAT precise question has already been questioned and answered.

It is because of that (and others) which fall into similar categories, that I have run the gauntlet on many occasions in defence of my views.

Since you wish to go over old ground and in order to satisfy your desire for understanding (which I seriously doubt) I will attempt to explain what MY opinion on the subject is.

Given that the nation of Iraq was unlawfully and murderously attacked for concocted reasons, the forces of that nation decided to fight back.

Such actions on their part were perfectly legitimate and there can be no dispute about it.

Unfortunately (for them), the forces of the aggressor were far superior to their own and defeat seemed likely.

In the face of such defeat, the forces of those outside of the uniformed army of Iraq, took up the cause as freedom fighters and continued the struggle which still rages now.

As far as the 'suicide attacks' are concerned, those who are prepared to sacrifice their lives for their cause do so for a specific reason, they BELIEVE that what they are doing is justified. (please note the fact that THEY believe)

I personally DO NOT share their beliefs, nor do I condone them BUT, I do understand the motivation because I have given the matter serious thought.

The practise of killing their own people is also something which fits into the framework of their beliefs since, according to THEM (not to us) they are saving the souls of their victims by destroying them, thus ensuring that they will not be contaminated by the evil forces that attacked them. (ridicule is pointless)

Those actions also serve to highlight the plight THEY consider themselves to be in, they have a great fear of 'Democracy', when you observe what 'Democracy' has done to their country (and many others) are they really at fault if they fear it ?.

I hope I have in some way managed to explain what 'I' feel about the subject, 'YOU' must of course form your own opinions.

I would strongly urge you to think well on what you feel, do not be influenced by the politically controlled press releases (or lack of them) which this thread is supposedly about.

In conclusion, I would like to inform you that I do not see the need for you and I to be at logger-heads, let us treat each other with the respect those of 'Democratic' nations are supposed to, lest others from 'Non-Democratic' nations should observe how we abuse each other verbally, thus adding strength to their resistance of it's adoption.

That is the biggest load of self opinionated bullshit that you have come up with so far.
Show us interviews with the grieving families telling us that it is alright for their loved ones to be killed maimed or injured.
If you honestly believe what you have written to be correct then you are as big a fool as you sound.
Also Quamersland says that these people who do this are not true muslims as what they are doing is against the muslim faith.
Now you'r at loggerheads with your mate Quamersland.
