Eliko I'm certain beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are a jolly nice fellow and I would love to meet sometime in the near future. I'm , however , of the opinion that your misguided and totaly oblivious to reality and to the cause of all the problems facing the M.East today. Needless to say the Israel is part of that reason but there are 21 other reasons there , or is more than 21 !

Not that they are prepared to stand and fight for their principles, they prefer to encourage others to fight and die on behalf of them, leaning on the assurance that they have infiltrated the USA to such an extent that they can now almost control it.

The recent attempt of the Israeli's to starve into submission their latest firm opponent, is testament to just how merciless they are prepared to be in order to achieve their goals in the Middle East, which must be military superiority and political dominance.:

How can you say that they are not prepared to fight? nobody has fought harder for their survival than modern day Israel, they've been fighting since 1947; much of the time against overwhelming odds, and don't give me the bullshit about being supplied with arms by the US the USSR supplied the Arab states with ten times more arms than the Israelis ever had, the overwhelming difference was the person using them.

You would have more credibility if you came up with how the poor starving inhabitants of Gaza got hold of the rockets that they keep firing at none military targets in Israel.
Israel took no part in either Gulf conflict and showed great restraint by not retaliating when Scud missiles were fired into their country from Iraq.

Have you noticed that recently there has been a distinct shortage of news coverage from Iraq ?.

I think the idea is to create the impression that there is peace and stability in that beseiged land, a well practised ploy by our leaders (who like to keep us in the dark as far as TRUTH is concerned) whilst they are now probably feverishly negotiating with the 'alleged' enemies of freedom in an effort to extricate themselves from a hopeless situation.

No doubt we will soon be hearing of how successful the various measures taken by the aggressors have been, let us not be fooled by such statements, rather, let us consider the plight of the millions of displaced and thousands of dead and dying as a result of the unlawful attack upon the innocents of that nation.

Let us also remember the thousands of dead and injured young men who were 'TRICKED' into engaging with the 'conjured up' enemies at the whim of their (proven to be untruthful) leaders.

How sad to see the mutilated bodies of babies, of young children, of old and young men and women, ALL victims of indiscriminate slaughter perpetrated by both sides of the conflict, the purpose of which will ultimately make not the slightest difference to either those who fight or those who are embroiled in the fighting.

WHO, among all members, whatever their religious beliefs, can justify what has and IS taking place in Iraq today?, whoever says they can should be ashamed to call themselves human.

I have seen it, I have shared the grief of many and I feel ashamed, how about you?.

Just in case the opening comments of this thread should be overlooked, or do you suppose the recent event is the ONLY incident that has taken place recently?.

There must be reasons for these atrocities, should we not concern ourselves with the task of determining just what they are.

The Two female MUSLIM suicide bombers who killed 70 Iraqis in Iraq today were not capable of detonating the bombs themeselves because they were suffering from Downs Syndrone, the bombs were detonated by remote control
Of course the West must take full responsibility for not putting up direction signs pointing to coalition bases saying "suicide bombers this way"

What a shame that such a bastion of peace and democracy has ended up like this, makes you want to go out and kill a Kurd or blow up a Marsh Arab
