What about the Indian children sold to the dirty Arabs in Saudi Arabia ? Once they reach puberty age they are discarded and thrown back to India !! Young children from the age of 4 to the age of 9 are used as Camel Jockeys , abused by the filthy swine and then thrown out. If only they could be exposed in the West for what they are , but then OIL is precious much more than the lives of little kids. The M.East is a corrupt , dictatorial piss pot , no respect for human or animal life.

miltiades, I must confess that I have no knowledge whatsoever of the practises you have indicated, if indeed they are really facts, then I truly must concur with your opinion. (is that a first ?) :)

As to the issue of 'Oil', of course the leaders of the nations involved would consider that commodity of greater value than the well being of a young child, is that not the reason for all the mayhem in the Middle East ?.

As to the dictatorial suggestion, I do now,as I have ever done, maintain that the governmental systems of other nations are matters for their own people to determine, just as we live within the jurisdiction of our society, they live within theirs.

On that note, I will bid you good-night and Best Wishes. X

With fence sitters like you around thank God for international court at The Hague, at least someone has the decency to take on people like Saddam, Slobadan Milosavic etc.
You are obviously a typical fence sitter of convenience when everyone else stands up to be counted you lie down unless the west is the target.
The most corrupt decadent regimes in the world today are centred around the middle east, Syria & Iran display their hatred by arming and equiping terroists so does Bin Laden yet you never accept those facts, you even have the stupidity to imply Saddam was perfectly correct to murder millions of his own people (Kurds & Marsh Arabs) because he was the dictator of iraq at the time, you'll be telling us Hitler was within his rights next, the mind boggles
Talk about looking the other way, I've met some spineless people in my time but you take the biscuit.

At least I don't wear blinkers, to disply such a bigoted attitude to world affairs is very sad, Eliko is like Peter Pan he has never grown up, a typical 'Rebel Without A Clue'.
Wake up Eliko the 60s were years ago when it was fashionable to be extreme, the trouble with you is you've had five 60s and missed the 70s, 80s, 90s & 2000s, a lot has happened wake up.

At least we have something in common, I was born when Hitler was bombing our city night after night, my father was in a reserved occupation so he did Fire duty in the evenings.
I suppose it was our own fault really for declaring war on Germany and interfering with Eliko's Nazi friend Adolf Hitler; after all they were the elected government in Germany at the time so it was none of our business what he did.

To Eliko, stop being silly with your personel insults also stop with those silly comments implying that what any despot does is nothing to do with anyone else. I'm sure you can't be serious but it would kill your argument regarding Iraq and the coalition to say anything else.

I often wonder just why the Jews have always suffered at the hands of others, if they are such nice people why is it they they are seemingly persecuted so ?.

Was it not on account of the Jew sucking the life's blood out of the German economy and dominating it that prompted 'My Nazi Friend' (according to our 'Chicken Souper) to take such umbrage to them.

Are they not now at the very core of all the aggression and murderous activities in the Middle East ?.

Or are we to believe that the fault lies on the doorstep of those who oppose the idea of having their countries ripped and blasted into oblivion because they have oil beneath their feet ?.

We all have the ability to read and write, less have the ability to THINK about what they have read and written, if we rely on the lies we are fed and then expound the virtues of them, we will soon be squirming 'neath the heel of those who could teach Adolf Hitler a thing or two.

Thank God there are still those who are prepared to take a stand against the onslaught.

In my humble opinion.

The British , to the best of my knowledge NEVER bombed any part of Cyprus. What in fact was happening in 1958 was this. Following a number of roadside bomb attacks by EOKA against the British trucks carrying troops , the British would go into a village and enlist at gunpoint local youths that they would then place on their army jeeps and use as a shield. This was very common practice and I witnessed this on more than 3 occasions. I was particularly affected , as a young boy of 12 , to be one selected for such a task , only to be released when my father who was working for the local base as a Tailor intervened. I experienced the affects of drunk soldiers bursting into our house midnight , assaulting my father , then my elder brother who rushed out to see what was happening and then I followed close behind him , both wished we hadn't gone out !!
