If he is a minister of justice He can. Also there is public dislike for this conference too.Because they just called people who support Armenian Genocide. As you see there are people who support Genocide and None of them jailed.

Anybody can say whatever they want. We don't have laws like in Turkey.

All I got to say is God Bless those historians and professors who have the balls to stand up against your government's lies and say "enough is enough".
