i told you fanos, in private PMs that i would not support the casino, in order to support my other GC friends' opinions.
as for going to the north side, i have mixed feelings about that as well. i have no problem with it, but my special GC friend suggets otherwise.
i may have to cut my visit short anyway, i won't know until later this weekend.

have you cleared the debt to the Tulip Cancer Foundation yet?

I don't know if you have ever traveled to Europe from the States, but the time difference from New York to Cyprus is 7 hours, which means you will have a jet-lag for at least 3 days and maybe even longer. You will find that by late afternoon, you would want to go to sleep and around 3am in the morning, you are ready to get going, but everyone else will be sleeping. So don't count on doing very much in the evenings for the first few days.

Are you really coming all the way from the USA just one week, or do you have other places to visit before or after visiting Cyprus. It will really be a shame if you could not stay longer.??

As GR said, without a car, you are spending too much time chasing buses. Good thing you have few forum members who are willing to show you around.

Have a nice trip.

your right Kikapu. maybe i should make it a shorter visit. longer is not an option.
and yes, i have been to europe. i went to spain this past year and i lived in germany for 3 years.

GG,

I did not mean for you to shorten your trip to Cyprus. All I was saying, one week from the USA to Europe is a little too short. You will not see too much of Cyprus if you shortened it even further than the one week you intended on coming.

Nuke in M/W soaked in water or milk. Add honey, raisins, sunflower seeds etc very good! A true Scot would likely add salt to it!
