Personally if we unify my family would be happy to get compensation for our ancestral home and allow the current residents to conitnue living there, unless they are settlers and are moving back to Turkey or TC refugees mving to their ancestral homes.

You can sell up today, apply to the property commission before the rush.

you still waiting for that rush?? Put your feet up, the scams been uncovered.

Details? independent please.

be happy to dig them up soon as i get the time. Just to smmarise what is already reported on the news over here is that the few GC's that did go to this so-called commission got screwed. They never got the option to retake their land and the compensation/re-sale values offered to them were ridiculous.

Well from information here in the TRNC GCs are opting for cash as they have no intention of returning to the north.

your source doesn't matter. If you know a little about business then you'll know that publicity whether bad or good can only affect you when its done where your client base is. Right now your client base is listening to the same news I am.

The client base you refer to is scared shitless from your GC administation, but a green light from the ECHR and you watch the applicaitons from GC, they are fed up waiting for your leaders to solve this issue. Even so there have been a number of applications, some have been settled a few have been returned and the rest are pending evaluation and agreement. Sorry to disappoint.

Thats what i'm trying to tell you!
It doesn';t mater what you think. Your market is hearing the correct news and that means no more business for your lemmings in the property commission.

You can guess all you wish, the ECHR has given the green light for exchanges via property commission so it looks like another strp in our direction.
