a minor point here, the Belgians arrested three officers. This is the rule of law, it applies to all. Maybe this is the point made by Europeans and Turks fail to understand.

a major point here, case against officers is dropped! They were never arrested anyway just questioned. This is the rule of law of a EU country: it applies depending on your ethnicity.

Three Belgian prison guards were released Thursday after being interrogated over the death of Turkish national Mikail Tekin at Jamioulx Prison near Charleroi, in southern Belgium. The guards will not face any charges or disciplinary action
