Cornelius Desmond O'Dwyer's Press Release

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Postby Jack M » Thu Oct 28, 2010 10:07 pm

I suppose the couple in their 70s who finally got 'justice' after waiting 12 years for their negligence case to get through court costing them their health, happiness and relationship feel they went about it the right way not seeking help from the media sooner.

I'm sure they agree with you when you say there really are ways to get justice in Cyprus.

Whether Conor has your sympathy or not really isn't going to be life changing for him. As he posted earlier, he was invited into the Cypriot High Commission yesterday for coffee to discuss the ongoing matter and also the Director of the Presidential Office invited him to discuss his plight so the opinion of a few pea-brained members on here just doesn't matter.

It is really no surprise that the Cyprus problem hasn't been solved when your top people can't even hear a simple assault case in under 3 years.

Jack M

I do not know the couple in their seventies you mention

All i Know is that if you let things take there course in Cyprus then eventually justice will prevail

Now please dont let me assume anything that you purport to know but if (and only if) Mr O Dwyer had bided his time and taken his case through the proper channels then he would not be in the predicament he is today

Well, THAT was a speedy 'Edit' wasn't it ?, I suppose you must be in direct contact with Conor and have just received the information you tagged on the end of the original. (as from......changing for him.)

I do hope he enjoyed his coffee although he should not drink too much at this time of night, it tends to keep one awake and I am sure his fingers must be very tired, what with all the typing and stuff.

As long as they refrain from using obscene language and (if they do not) at least have the good sense not to advertise it on 'You Tube', they may deliver whatever messages they wish.

Well they will have a long time one hopes to think about why any one would dare call them obscene names, especially to ones father (if anyone did) in possible retaliation (if it happened of course) for death threats on wives and children in the UK, sort of makes sense to say that to someone does,nt it?? IF any of these men fathers sons brothers cousins had stolen my money threatened my family and attacked me with three men, calling someone names is a very lightweight retort imo, that would have been the easiest of my responses.

Best news I ,ve heard for sometime. Hope they rot.

So terribly sorry to burst your bubble Milo, I have it on excellent authority that 'The Boys' are happily ensconced in their new home, they are from a very wealthy background and are therefore able to luxuriate themselves in complete harmony with those who are paid to accommodate their every whim.

Actually, they have direct contact with friends and family and are enjoying their leisure time immensely.

Female companionship presents no problem, they are actually allowed to entertain visitors as and when they desire.

Rotting?, your having a laugh, RUTTING might be a bit nearer the mark.

Quoth one:- "Beats kipping in a tent freezing your goolies off!"
