Never Exceed Speed or Vne is a structural limit specified by the manufacturer. The structural limit is specified because the aircraft runs the risk of structural failure (breaking up) if this limit is exceeded.

The mere fact that Rumsfield was in the building is ample evidence that the CIA had absolutely no involvement.

Furthermore, turning 270 degrees is not easily achieved at such speeds. An aircraft can't in a matter of seconds turn a full 270 degrees. Rate One Turns would turn an aircraft a full 360 degrees in 4 minutes at a rate of 1.5 degrees/per second. This is achieved with an Angle of Bank of less than 15 degrees. A steep turn with an Angle of Bank of 30 degrees or greater will achieve a turn rate of 6 degrees/per second or thereabouts with a massive Wing Loading which would almost certainly result in Structural Failure above Vne, and to turn a full 360 degrees at this rate would require about 60 seconds. The turn would need to be initiated at some 4000FT ++ (dependant on Rate of Descent) to turn a full 270 degrees over 45 seconds as the Rate of Descent would be through the roof in the steep dive whilst running the risk of structural failure.

But any idiot with only a small amount of training is capable of levelling off and steering the aircraft to their intended target. Flying an aircraft is not particularly a very dificult excercise.

This does not impress me very much. A 300 tonne aircraft crashing into the Pentagon at over 600 Knots (1000 km/h) is bound to cause a lot of destruction. Think of the Momentum and Kinetic Energy.

Only in your wildest fantasy! I think you will find that it was the FAA that cleared the crash site. Aviation matters fall under the FAA's jurisdiction and even officials of other Government Agencies can be charged under Federal Aviation Regulations if they interfere.
