Occupy The Buffer Zone

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Occupiers reporting that soldiers of the TA have entered the Occupation Camp on a number of occasions this evening.

The Occupation Camp is wholly within the Buffer Zone so the TA have breached the Cease-Fire.

...i would guess that since the sign was torn down by the UN to accommodate the TA, they are taking this to mean that they can take further advantage without recrimination.

in a way this is good, because the lesson will be learned, and the officers of unficyp will not be willing to be so forthcoming next time.

my hope is that the discipline of the Turkish troops will be closely monitored by their superiors, so that their efforts will be limited to this form of harassment, without violence, or without anyone suffering from the harm that such actions end with.

...sad that what is considered a group of unemployed, drug addled, lay abouts of no significance, are treated to such concern by the established order; it implies that the position of the 99% are valid.

Solidarity, and thank-you brave Patriots, true Cypriots, our hearts are with you.

Freedom for Cyprus!

Yes and as one of the 99% RW, here is a picky just for you.

It's of the UN PissKeepers tearing down a protest poster on the matter of Halil, the CY imprisoned for criticising the TA...

Sorry to say A that our CF Halil is at liberty and roaming the Occupied Areas freely.

The Halil in question is another CY, Halil Karapasaoglu, who has been thrown in to jail for highlighting the abuses carried out on CY conscripts in the TA, for speaking freely about the matter.

You have most definitely got the wrong Halil, Humanist.

CF Halil will never criticize the regime in the north. Hell, he works for them. He may be pissed with the regime for them not doing enough in getting the AP passed in 2004 by the GCs, just so that he can be his own Efendi in the north, just because the AP was going to give him and his family everything!

So, my friend, Humanist. You most definitely got the wrong, Halil.

A.... here's an article from the CY Mail that tells us a bit about Halil Karapasaoglu and the deplorable way he has been thrown in to jail for speaking out and the international support he is getting....

Nuremberg Trials did away with excuses such as "I was only following orders, therefore I'm not guilty of any crimes"!
