They have never taken such punishment and the Iranians have a lot of missiles to use yet. I suspect Tel Aviv will not be recognisable by the end of this. Tehran will be the same but nobody gives you anything in life. If you want it you have to take it especially if it was yours and it was taken from you by force.

Iran has one main advantage against US and UK. They are fighting at home. All the rest have supply line issues. Btw, how funny it was when British (or US?) press entered the main Syrian prison hoping to find hundreds of prisoners languishing in jail but didn’t find anyone, so they paid a local conman $5 to pretend to have just come out of there and wrapped him up in a blanket... as if they cared!

But it never made the Western news outlets.

I still don’t buy the - ridiculous - idea that the Assads (Bashir’s father Hafez made him look like a choir boy) were a benevolent family, much loved by their people. There’s a great deal of quality evidence detailing the death and misery they dealt out. It’s a pity the man managed to scuttle away to Russia. I wonder if he will be getting Khameini as his new neighbour.

However, Tel Aviv’s strength relies on its defense system, such as David’s Sling and The Arrow System, but probably the most important and well-known of these is the Iron Dome. Iron Dome is a network of radars supervised by a command center that tracks and measures incoming rockets to see if they pose a threat to important sites or population centers. However the Iron Dome has limitations, namely, the whole system could be overwhelmed by incoming attacks coming from multiple directions.
Here where Iran’s Fattah-1 and Fattah-2 comes into play. Tehran’s hypersonic missiles have proven difficult to intercept by Israel’s defense system. Although they are limited in number, Tehran’s hypersonic missiles can travel 15 times the speed of sound, meaning that they can be launched from Iran into Israeli territory in less than five minutes.
This is hardly the only weapon in Iran’s rocket arsenal. As hypersonic missiles have proven to be difficult to maneuver, Tehran also relies on cruise missiles that can avoid obstacles and fly under radar’s cover.
