Moscow is going to strengthen the Syrian Army’s possibility of air defense with a batch of the Pantsir surface-to-air missile and anti-aircraft artillery weapon systems
RUSSIA TO SUPPLY PANTSIR-S AIR-DEFENSE SYSTEMS TO SYRIAN ARMY

Paphitis – this is what I call a pragmatic analogy that assists an individual to make a reasoned assessment of a situation and come to a conclusion by putting the boot on the other foot.

Same scenario ..... but different actors! You would condemn one as being a war criminal but the other you would revere as a ' Hero of the people'. That indicates your views are biased and not through achieved through analysis of actual events?

Obama Stepped Back From Brink, Will Hillary? – By Mike Whitney

........... try to imagine if striking garment workers in New York City decided to arm themselves and take over parts of lower Manhattan. And, let’s say, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau decided that he could increase his geopolitical influence by recruiting Islamic extremists and sending them to New York to join the striking workers. Let’s say, Trudeau’s plan succeeds and the rebel militias are able to seize a broad swathe of US territory including most of the east coast stretching all the way to the mid-west. Then– over the course of the next five years– these same jihadist forces proceed to destroy most of the civilian infrastructure across the country, force millions of people from their homes and businesses, and demand that President Obama step down from office so they can replace him with an Islamic regime that would enforce strict Sharia law.

How would you advise Obama in a situation like this? Would you tell him to negotiate with the people who invaded and destroyed his country or would you tell him to do whatever he thought was necessary to defeat the enemy and restore security?

Reasonable people will agree that the (elected) president has the right to defend the state and maintain security. In fact, national sovereignty and security are the foundation upon which the international order rests. However, neither the US media nor the US congress nor the White House nor the entire US foreign policy establishment agree with this simple, straightforward principle, that (elected) governments have the right to defend themselves against foreign invasion.

They all believe that the US has the unalienable right to intervene wherever it chooses, using whatever means necessary to execute its regime change operations.

...question is, did Obama use chemical weapons, or barrel bombs, on these civilian workers? And did Trudeau's benefactors murder and disappear the people not like them, because they were not like them, instead of the Obama supporters they claim to be fighting against.

...if it were so simple; trying to simplify the situation is a part of the problem, what, are, the facts?

Exactly! Where ARE the facts that support the accusations made against Assad and Putin? Whiney's article merely says ..... now consider the boot on the other foot and think again! You can find information on independent sites that refute many of the claims and provide evidence, but that is never forthcoming from the US coalition nor will you find it in the MSM, Read what Whitney says about how the press operates. Just how much of Kerry's irrefutable and conclusive evidence has ever seen the light of day? None of it .... it has been all accusations and claims of having evidence .... so without evidence the accusation is unjustified.

Take the attack on this UN aid convoy ..... immediate accusations supported by info obtained on social media? Oh, come on, that is not evidence! Take a look at their pictures (previously posted on here) and there is no evidence of an air attack ..... the damage is ALL by incendiary devices which the White Helmet videos show clearly at the time this air attack was supposed to have taken place.

Did Assad use chemical weapons? According to the UN they think it more likely to be the terrorists. A bomb, is a bomb, is a bomb .... a single Hellfire missile has a far greater impact. People murdered and disappeared .... maybe .... but that happens in the US/UK as well, but like any country they are very few. You need to look at a much broader picture than you will ever get by just reading Main Stream Media ....... US/UK or Russian!

Just what do you believe? What is true and what is propaganda? The press makes statements ...... the masses read the headlines and form an opinion ......when you question those statements on here, evidence is demanded ........ you provide the available evidence ....... and the evidence, the author and the site are all branded conspiracies ..... and yet the source article in the Press is accepted without any evidence and remains completely unquestionable. :x

And the UK is also complicit in the war crimes being committed in Yemen by supplying the Saudi's with £bn's in military equipment. But the cover of this conflict in the UK and US press is minimal. :x :x

Boris THE CLOWN Johnson, our highly idiotic foreign secretary is not satisfied with his immense contribution to Sterlings almost collapse, now he wants to fight the .....Russians. A buffoon who is incomparable to any other incompetent short-sighted so called politicians that we have had the
misfortune to subsidise their life style.

Calling on people to demonstrate at the London Russian embassy- IPEN O GAROS TOU PETINOU CHEFALA- against Russian involvement in Syria.
" "And also of course, it is right now that we should be looking again at the more kinetic options, the military options."

Shut your gob you stupid clown !!
