How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

i dont really think you understand accession rules ashole. if terkey does what is in the chapters she will be accepted. that means opening her ports and air space. nowhere in the chapters does it say anything about removing troops. so you have jack shit power either way and will gift northern cyprus to her.

Look you need to concentrate on the question, for arguements sake we have all accepted the maths 8 vs 2....how do you propose to bring about the following " in safeguards to ensure that the federal government will not be empowered to adopt any measures against the interests of one community; and in the equality and identical powers and functions of the two federated states" when you have the imbalance of 8 vs 2? in all reality the 2 have no real effective say in anything, they are symbolic the 8 can do as they wish. Now do you get it?

Dunno about kicking the troops out, the UN will see to that, but currently the ROC is blocking the opening of six accession chapters,

No I do not get it, please explain to me what you have in mind so I can get it.

Do you get that that was just an example? there are fewer than 100,000 TC's north of the green line today (what is it 75,000 by conservative estimates?). electing one TC MP to sit in the federal government is being generous. NO?

what is th epoint of opening any new chapters when the ones opened are nowhere near completion. first the airspace and ports have to open and see which chapters cannot be opened.
and of course they are going to block the chapter on energy. but if they thing they will get any out - they will see the consequences.

If Turkey opens its ports and airspace, then I am sure Cyprus will reciprocate and also consider trading Natural gas, shipped by tanker from the LNG plant.
