Yet when 12 anti-Muslim provocateurs were killed in France the other day, everyone suddenly wants to hit the streets and call for justice!

And then people wonder why I find the West so full of shit and have no respect for them!

False dichotomy. Some of us condemn both. There is no contradiction involved.

What is wrong with you? Twelve innocent people were slaughtered by psychopaths and France is in mourning today. Show some respect, or just shut up.

You mean the same respect that you showed those Gaza children at the time; when all you seemed to care about was whether or not Erdogan had farted and in which direction it went?

I see no contradiction in condemning Israel's crimes against humanity in Palestine, Putin and Erdoğan's increasingly authoritarian rule and fanatic Islamist extremism and the latest outrage committed in Paris by the latter. I express my support for and solidarity with the people of Palestine, Russia, Turkey and France. But, on this day of mourning, my thoughts go in particular to the people of France.

Putin is allowed Tim because he is against the USA, for the moment, until they need some US dollars and investment to kick start their economy again.

Let's say it was a false flag. It doesn't change the fact that twelve innocent people were killed.

Tim, you are not seriously entertaining this nonsense are you?

I don’t consider them innocent; false flag or otherwise, because they were inciting religious hatred and obviously got on some people’s nerves.

No they were not. It was a satirical magazine for crying out loud which by the way has targeted Christianity as well, particularly when it comes to gay rights and gay marriage etc.

A cartoon of Mohammed porking a goat (as an example) is not satire but propagation of religious hatred.

If you think religion is nonsense you have to stay quiet, is that it?

I don't think it's a real big deal.

The magazine has targetted Christian groups are lot more than Islamic Fundamentalists.

Cartoonists are a strange group of people who look at the funny side of politics, religion and life. Their journalism is a form of artistic expression.

They are a left leaning magazine that has also targeted French Politicians as well as those from other countries, USA included!

I don't see Christians wanting to kill them!

Nobody said that atheists shouldn’t have an opinion, but do so with a level of sensitivity that doesn’t insult the believer.

It's a way of bringing them into the modern world before they find a way of blowing up the world because their daughters are wearing lipstick or mini's...they need to be confronted head on..

It could be that within Islam we have a small group of radical fundamentalists that not only are even offended at these cartoons, but they are also offended by other religions, Shia Muslims, Jews and will go out of their way to kill them.

We see this in Syria and Iraq right now.
