Yes, to a very, very large extent it isn't religion.

... but members of groups with their own deviant morality, brainwashed in Madrassas, in training camps, by extremists in social media and by the vilest of preachers, all the while getting more and more criminal in their planning and intentions, the group morality getting uglier and uglier, 'til it gets past a threshold and they become people who want to kill, and kill anyone.

It's not religion at all, it's an excuse. Here's a good example of could be construed as pseudo Christian terrorism

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-abortion_violence

Anti-abortion violence is violence committed against individuals and organizations that provide abortion.[1] Incidents of violence have included destruction of property, in the form of vandalism; crimes against people, including kidnapping, stalking, assault, attempted murder, and murder; and crimes affecting both people and property, including arson and bombings.

Anti-abortion violence is most frequently committed in the United States,[citation needed] though it has also occurred in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. G. Davidson Smith of Canadian Security Intelligence Service defined anti-abortion violence as "single issue terrorism".[2] A study of 1982–87 violence considered the incidents "limited political" or "subrevolutionary" terrorism.[3]

Yes OC, groups with their own single, very narrow-minded interest and obsessions , and self-reinforcing group norms of behaviour that descend in to areas of violence almost all of us find very repellant.

Think about Cults.

It isn't "Islamophobia" ... people would be defending our western liberties, in particular our freedom to think and publish opinions freely (this side of incitement) against the restrictions of any organised religion.

History knows, writers and thinkers spent centuries getting dodgy, self-serving "authority" in the form of the Christian Church out of our everyday lives.

Lots of Europeans are now challenging the new kid on the block, Islam, in the same ways. ... and they'd do the same if it were Methodists or Buddhists.

Now, yes, must go and see a doctor; have you finished doing that to the quack...???

The Turkish satirical magazine Penguen , which stated publication during the Gezi park protests, has also joined in the revulsion and sadness felt by the whole world (with the exception of Defending the Indefensible Lardo), with this front cover...

Charlie Hebdo victim was 'a friend of Islam, Turkey'

http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/charli ... sCatID=359

The man who was killed in Paris was a person who spoke in favor of Turkey’s EU membership and drew cartoons to support it.

He was a human who loved Turkey very much. He was never the enemy of any Muslim. On the contrary, he was one of the loudest voices supporting Muslim immigrants in France.

Another victim was Jean Cabut, "Cabu"...

Both were friends of the late Oğuz Aral, a legendary Turkish cartoonist.

Do you know what this massacre means? I can't give an example using the names of living cartoonists, so let me give the names of deceased ones: Imagine Oğuz Aral, Turhan Selçuk and Ali Ulvi being killed at the same place in the same day.

Some of you probably think that by climbing on America’s anti-Muslim bandwagon you’re going to liberate Cyprus!

Well I’ve got (bad) news for you because the two-faced criminal US is very selective about which “parts” of Islam are “good” and which are “bad”!

Here are the “bad” Muslims…

Syria
Iraq
Afghanistan
Yemen
Iran
Libya
Many others…

And here are the “good” Muslims…

Pakistan
Turkey
Saudi Arabia
Azerbaijan

So as you can see it’s a charade that doesn’t serve Cyprus at all because it (1) targets our trading partners and (2) elevates our enemies!

So just in case some of you thought that by climbing on America’s racist bandwagon is a good idea, think again... you don’t even need to have any moral values to side AGAINST America’s stupidity!
