All I can see is you're convincing everyone else too that you are both TROLLS.

You have systematically derailed this thread because of the hatred you feel at the possibility Greeks might be recognised by the Nobel prize Committee. You have done similar to Paphitis' thread.

Meanwhile, you hold too many delusions to the point where you see the word 'discussion' and then apply other meanings to it so that you can troll your way out of again having to wipe egg from your face, erolz. Maybe you've got STUD to lick it off now!

Similar behaviour here where you refused to accept the document's title of "British Aims for Cyprus" despite it being there in black and white:

I have stated elsewhere the individuals deserve recognition and that they are a good a candidate for the Nobel Prize as any and better than many. I stand by that view.

you resort to your other failed tactics, such as topic diversion.

In the meantime, Greek "heroics" reported elsewhere http://famagusta-gazette.com/greece-promises-to-set-up-hot-spots-on-time-p32424-69.htm

Greek government said on Monday all five "hot spots", centers where migrants are registered, will be ready on Greek islands before February 15, a deadline it agreed with European partners in autumn 2015.

Meanwhile, it also announced two relocation centers on the mainland will be ready by the deadline, despite protests from local communities.

"The country will fulfill the commitments," Defense Minister Panos Kammenos told a press briefing in Athens on Monday.

He added the government was open to dialogue, but there was no time for lengthy discussions, as people are dying in the Aegean Sea and survivors need aid with no more delays. According to the government, all the "hot spots" are temporary structures.

Kammenos' statement was made as construction work in old military camps was underway and hundreds of protesters were on the streets of Kos island, as well as the Piraeus suburb of Keratsini and a district in the northern city of Thessaloniki, where the two relocation centers will be set up.

In most cases, municipal authorities and residents protest that the plan went ahead without prior consultation with local communities.

Cabinet ministers have dismissed the reactions as "xenophobic outbreaks" by a minority of locals. Among protesters at Keratsini on Monday were ultra-Right Golden Dawn party MPs and members, but in several cases demonstrators have rejected any affiliation with the party.

The government has also accused critics of undermining the establishment of the registration centers for financial reasons.

Kammenos has openly talked about the flourishing of a black market on the islands in recent months.

A minority of locals exploits the needy refugees, overcharging products and services, as long as the assistance from the state mechanism is insufficient, he said.

Good for the Greek Government for taking these steps. Shame on the xenophobic minority who tarnish the rest.

Oh dear, you're more stupid than I imagined. Still having trouble with your own links.

The same site, which explicitly announces itself ..... 'discusses/ discusses/ discussed' also then declares the following:

The draft report – which is not public – is based on

So, does the EU Commission operate by discussing its recommendations when it also says "The draft report – which is not public" or does it release 'some information' to the press (your link) for debate/discussion whilst it, the EU Commission, adopts resolutions/policy and then publishes these (later) as 'public' release (NOT your link)?

To an averagely intelligent person, a press release for discussion and a "draft report" that has NOT been made public does NOT issue the policies of the EU Commission that HAVE been adopted. They are released LATER. Hence using the term 'not public' in your link. This didn't stop you, however, putting words in their mouths! For which you were suitably exposed!

Oh, dear the supermarkets have run out of eggs so many have ended up on Erolz's face!

It shows you do not have a fucking clue and are as usual resorting to lies and distortions, for which you falsely accuse others. You have whored yourself intellectually and in Public too, with your rabid assertions.
This is the position . The EU has commissoned a report which according to the press release of 27th Jan , not a discussion document, identified serious violations by Greece. The press report then reported that tgecrelevent EU body was discussing the report. HERE AGAIN IS A SCREEN SHOT OF THE PRESS RELEASE.
image.png
.it may contain the word discuss or varistions thereof but despite your increasingly desperate howls to the contrary, the use if the word discussion in a press release does not make a press release a discussion document. Only in your deluded mind is it a discussion document.

For a start, by whom and with whom is one meant to and by what means does one discuss it. S

On any terms it is a press release, describing discussions. repeat, A description of discussions does not make it a discussion document.

LOOK AT THE TOP, FFS IT SAYS PRESS RELEASE IN THE URL, THE SITE BANNER AND THE HEADING.

Then On 3rd Feb, after the relevent EU body had discussed the report a futher press release was issued stating that the report, which reported the violations, had been adopted.

So you think the EU Commission reaches its decisions by talking to the press or behind closed doors?

Idiot!

Here is some information on the Press Rooms and facilities etc. Please note, for idiots, these are different to the EU Commission areas were policies are MADE!

From the Europa site:

PRESS FACILITIES
EU institution press centres
The main EU institutions have a press room area with facilities for journalists, where briefings or conferences are regularly organised. Information about opening hours, access requirements and procedures are available on the following web pages.
European Parliament - Briefings and press conferences
Council of the EU – Press centre
Presidency of the Council of the EU – Media centre
European Commission – Press room area
Court of Justice – Press room

Conferences aka discussions

Are these the same as the EU Commission?

Yes the EU has press facilities where it may hold conferences with the press, but not decide policy... and for what the Commission debates behind closed doors in deciding policy it may then Issue press releases.... as they have done here...

http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_IP-16-174_en.htm

and here

http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_IP-16-211_en.htm

IT SAYS PRESS RELEASE IN THE HEADING - NOT DISCUSSION DOCUMENT in BOTH items.
