really accepting federation is a compromise on your part. ffs get a life.

...and what is wrong with someone "Greek" as you call them, living and acting in a Civic manner toward sustaining what is the distinct identity of a constituency? How can a constituency take over another constituency, if they exist within a state; the state exists, so too the constituencies.

...so, for this "compromise" to be complete, I ask if the Republic exists, where is a Greek Constituency, where are the other Constituencies that are an equal to a Turkish Constituency?

You see how racist this mucho behti is? Then he has the audacity to call himself Cypriot and call the other a fascist.

and if they in their infinit wisdom dedcide against the civic manner and vote to reduce tcs to a minority, what are we to do rw. dont listen to the fascists on here they have another agenda which burns through their heart as it did in 1955 to enosise.

...then why blather on about something that has not happened. if it were to happen, why hasn't it happened?

...question is do you think the "Turks" will change by adapting to the intention of Cypriots, as Cypriots? Will they respect the fact that even in Turkey, they are no different as Individuals who are Kurds or Alevi, as Turks? Indeed, the "Greeks" have been contained, Greeks did not join "Greeks", and the result is that there exists a Cyprus, still. Fact is on Monday we'll see what the Flag of Cyprus is, sedition, or recognised by a Cypriot body, for what it is, a symbol of Cypriotness, if you will. We will see if the "Turks" are able, now with an electorate who have chosen to define themselves more clearly, not as "Turks", but as Turks.

Cyprus for Cypriots makes sense.

(never mind the "Greeks", never mind the "Turks")

i am merely pointing out the objections the tcs will have to what is asked for. if you leave the barn open then do not be surprised when the horse bolts.

rw i certainly am not speaking for the terggs, and i am not speaking for my self i am merely pointing out the views of the majority of tcs. here we are with most gcs here saying only unitary state will do. well i have news for you, it aint gona happen and if the gcs vote no next time i will no longer take part in any discussion. there is nothing to say after that. we shall remain as we are and what will be will be.
