Just in case there are still some hotheads (<-- as Putin calls them) the Russian military conducted some perfectly timed missile-launching exercises...

It's nothing new dude.
The Anglo American empire has been in recession for a long time now.
Britain has been been committing cultural and demographic suicide at an alarming rate.
The US is rotting from the inside out.

All empires collapse.
It's a historical certainty.

You will be waiting a very long time.

America's biggest strength is NOT her military. It is her allies - UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, NATO, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, NZ, Canada, Gulf States and so on and so on.

It's major echelon is NATO (all of Europe), Australia, Japan, Canada, South Korea, NZ, UK

Add up all these countries and see what you come up with. It's obviously very good to have so many good friends.

I would also like to know how it is decaying from within. Let's try a bit harder to cover your racism next time, or at least make a little effort. Countries like the UK and US have thrived through immigration and they have both been excellent at integration. America, at the very least has a superior tertiary education system, probably the best in the world. I have relatives in America, and try saying anything bad about America to the second generation. They won't have it. They are American now, NOT Cypriots. And they will be the first to tell you. The same thing will happen with the new arrivals. That's because countries like the USA, Canada, UK and Australia have it down pat.

They make their own Americans, Australians, Canadians, or Brits, whereas many European countries don't know how to do it with the exception of Germany, France, Sweden, Austria, Finland and so forth. Cyprus for instance has no clue, about it so its better you shut your borders.

So don't worry about the empire. The empire is NOT the USA. It is the UK, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, Canada, NZ and so on and so on. That is the EMPIRE!

My father use to tell me you can judge someone from the company they keep.

So judge the USA by the company they keep and judge Russia by the company it keeps.

Paphitis:
The method you describe that creates 'Americans' is called brain washing! The military use brainwashing otherwise the military does not work! Islamic Jihadis use the same methods even more successfully than the US as their converts/followers are willing to sacrifice themselves for 'The Cause'. The US has now realised that they can get their allies (Poodles) to sacrifice themselves for 'The US Cause'! :(

All empires eventually fail and the US will be no exception .... it may just happen a bit faster than it did with the British Empire and those that preceded that.

BTW: The US putting US troops into Syria as 'advisors and logistics support' is not only illegal as Russia has made clear but is intended to be a dangerous move for those directly involved. They are cannon fodder and the US will wait until a US soldier gets killed and they will blame Russia ..... it is as plain as the nose on your face what the intent is of the US.

Putin has the answer 'It is up to no one but the Syrian people to decide who will be their leader, not the US, not Saudi, not NATO not even Russia. ........ it is the Syrian peoples choice that counts.

The world can't afford for the so called American Empire to fail. It simply can't afford it full stop.

So don't bet on the USA falling anytime soon. Certainly not in any of our lifetimes.

There are so many emerging economies now who will always take up some slack, and the USA will still be a global power even in 2 hundred years from now. You can always rely on American industry to pull the big cards.

And on top of that, you got the UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, France, and Germany. No one will let the USA fall unless someone like Japan or Germany take over its role. Australia, UK and Canada will pick up more of the slack too and have great military capabilities today! So forget it!

As I told you, this is where the Western Block or the Empire as you put is all powerful!

We will make sure that the Empire continues, don't worry about that. It's the global insurance policy against China.

And you look at all of our industrial output! If anyone competes with that then tickle me pink!
