Quite original actually, they are normally filled with nuts (almonds) and cinnamon, she decided to use Cypriot loukoumi with their exotic flavours.

...lamb, i like this recipe because it is simple.
...add whole small onions and garlic cloves to the pan along with your potatoes, so sweet when roasted slowly.
