''Α Cypriot team won the first international prize for Local Impact in the NASA International Space Apps Challenge, CNA reported.

The team “Brute Force”, comprising Constantinos Aristodemou, Marios Iacovou, Giorgos Evangelou and Panagiotis Theodorou, won first prize for a project on Moonquake Map. NASA said that their solution “demonstrates the greatest potential for local impact”.

The team was chosen to represent Cyprus after it won first prize in the local scale of the competition, organised by the Cyprus Space Exploration Organisation (CSEO).''

There isnt going to be any kind of BBF, at least, not any time in the foreseeable future.

You need to wake up re Bordo,

There is denial and there is double denial. Clearly Turkish Army is not going anywhere till there is an agreement and you will not have an agreement till they go,

Well I would say you are a secret lover of the Turkish Army and are too scared to admit it and love them remaining in Cyprus. Clearly you invited them here and are doing everything you can to keep them here.

Enjoy.

...the proxy war before this: i remember just as well; (with murderous intentions) what "Greeks" and "Turks" set out to do, in Cyprus.

Indeed the Cypriots among them were their victims most of all.

...look at Turkey today; what "Turkishness" did/is still doing to Cypriots (and Turkey) now decades: where "Greekness" failed.

No RW the coup lasted for 5 days and it ended as soon as Turkish Soldiers set foot on the Island. In reality not only did Turkey saved Cyprus from the fascists in CYprus, they also saved Greece from the Fascists there too.

Facts are there for everybody to see.

And finally, they agreement in 2017 would have removed the Turkish Army from Cyprus at a point in the future but Anastasiades crapped out and insisted they left the first day. He did this knowing it would not be acceptable even to Akinci.

..."Greekness" failed. And "Turkishness"?

Perhaps 'we' are lucky, as you say, but that is now the past. And the future?

..."Turkishness" is a bane to us all, those of us not "Them".

This is the Problem.

...while we are Persons, you/"you" must choose what comes first; as an Individual, or an Individual no more.

Why dismiss the power of the People, why betray them further alluding to what could have been but was/is not?

...are Cypriots Free? And despite all of "This" they still exist. Decades later (almost a century really), the Guarantors remain unable to reconcile their own failings.

...indeed 'we' must choose.

Either you are Cypriot or "you" are not.

...a significant growth in population recorded,

In Cyprus, there were 10,309 births between January 1, 2022, and January 1, 2023, while 7,202 deaths were recorded. Also, net migration stood at 5,591.
