Nope but if you find a good Thai one let me know..... there's a restaurant called "Phuket" in Paphos, I assume named after the island of Phuket in Thailand? Any1 tried that?

Doubt you will find any authentic Korean food around.....

Korean food is very different from Chinese food. The Koreans use a lot of chili pastes in their food and marinate most of their foods. They also eat a lot of root vegetables. My husband is half Korean. We make a lot of Korean dishes which are fantastic!

mmm, quite interesting.... jclo...:) There is one Thai Take Away in Nicosia, by the way, close to my home, but I did not find it very different from the Chinese cuisine for the obvious reasons... Anyone to cook for us here???

Thai food in general is very different from Chinese food. While I like both, I prefer Thai food because of the spices and chilis. Thai food also consists of a lot of curries, sauces, lemongrass and thai basil. If I can certain ingredients in Nicosia, I wouldn't mind cooking for a small group of 10 people. Once we're settled, instead of the drinks get together, maybe I can do a dinner party with food and drinks.

Definetely.... :) Just write down the shopping list... :) MMM, Thai food seems to be a fav for me... I really use a lot of pepper and spices when I'm cooking. Could I quit my job for a new restaurant maybe??? :)

I know this Thai take away in Nicosia and the food there is very delicious indeed. It is better than most of the rest I have visited so far and its not so expensive. Its good value for money. You have two bowls one for rice and the rest with mix meat and vegetables and nice sauce- quite a lot compared to some others. When I will be in Nicosia I will visit it for sure!
