Yes. I've been away for 24 hours, then pop in to find that things have moved on to such an extent that there are a dozen issues which I could try to address. "Life" gets in the way of course. Whilst RH enjoys his hobby and clearly has a lot of time on his hands to pursue it, most don't. How on earth Paphitis manages to contribute so many posts beats me. Moreover, why RH seems so desperately to want to get rid of us both (and we wouldn't by any means be the first - trust me) when we provide material that he can use to bounce off - rather than end up just talking to himself - is one of life's great mysteries. :?

You try to steer a line between issues Pyro. As I imagine any good Admin would. And it seems that opposing views have a tendency to vie for your favour. Bordering on sycophancy on some occasions I think.

Some old members (including myself) think the Admin was participating here with a certain Alias. He was a guy with only one long argument about Democracy. Have you ever seen a guy presenting 1 million versions of the exact same argument? Well, that's how he was. TBH I was always skipping his crap.

Not answering all points raised should not I submit be regarded as acceptance of their rightness though.
Of course!

When you post on a public forum you are speaking to everyone ! It is not YOUR personal platform. If you want create a private following ..... continue using PM's as you normally do.

I’m glad you appreciate that the “P” stands for private. I got the impression from past experience you thought it meant “Postable”

I think you’re confused. :? Or perhaps it’s just another product of your mythology department? Unless of course you’re referring to the mail which you sent me threatening violence from all your mates, if I said anything more that upset you? Bloody right I reported it .............and passed it on to a few others, as insurance. You have form when it comes to getting people to do dirty work for you. I suspect your little outburst of anger actually qualified as criminal. Dunno. You should get yourself a nice cup of tea, then count to 100, before hitting “submit” on gems like that. It’s a chat forum, FFS. Not the centre of the bleedin’ universe.

I’m pretty sure though that I’ve yet to plaster anybody’s “private” messages over a public Forum. Now, that’s a really nasty habit.

Given how many times you have “Run to Admin” with posts you’ve been unhappy with, absolute trivia by comparison, you might want to have another look at the meaning of “hypocrisy”.

You conveniently forget all the 'advice' you were dishing out before that, about all the people that had contacted you by PM and wanted you to join them to sort me out! Like that P*** who was in contact with you and knew '.... where I lived' do you remember those 'threats' or is that just a lapse in your memory.

You forget the fact that I complained several times to admin/owner over several weeks when you openly ramped up the rhetoric on an open forum and really started digging into your 'hatred' files going back years. I asked him by PM to have a word with you about your continually picking me out as your selected target. He did warn you but it made no difference. Then when I got pissed off and returned the 'advice' you ran to admin snivelling to get me banned. When you start throwing shit at others don't be surprised if eventually they turn on you and sling shit back.

You proudly say how you offered to buy my wife and I a drink a few months ago and I politely turned you down. But of course you don't mention that when we first met face-to-face I invited you and your wife to come to our home and join us for a dinner one evening with our mutual friend and his wife ...... and you turned me down flat. Not even a thank you for asking, you blamed your wife as not being into meeting strangers, I seem to remember! Typical .... you blame someone else.

So cut the Holier than thou crap ..... you are a nasty piece of work when anyone crosses swords with you, spiteful and vindictive with a long, long memory .... letting bygones be bygones is not in your repertoire.

The humorous bit is that the 'threat' you perceived was all perfectly legal and legitimate and not physical at all :D ....... I'll give you a clue ..... don't drink and drive  ...... you know what I mean?

If you want to discuss any topic we have a mutual interest in, I am happy to do so respectfully ..... treat me reasonably and without the sarcasm and ridicule, and I will respond in the same manner, but I won't be bullied by the likes of you!

BTW: Just watching President Vladimir Putin's inauguration celebrations in Moscow on Planeta TV (Pity I don't speak Russian but my wife understands it, although not proficiently enough to translate Putin's speech into English )......... I do so love the Russian National Anthem ........ and what a spectacular but low key display display. You don't know what your missing!

As everything is so quiet on the subject I did a little experiment.

Into a Google search I entered a simple question: ‘latest information in skripal incident’

Taking into account today is the 7th May, I didn’t find a single entry except those that followed the MSM/Government line until Page #8 and they were all dated early to mid March and after that date virtually nothing.

Page #8 ..... first result that questioned was from Global Research and dated 30th April. (Craig Murray .... I posted on here) Then several more dated between the 4th May to the 7th May. Same for pages #9 and #10 most dates again all late April up to todays date.

Now someone tell me these sites are not censoring freedom and unfettered access to news and information? That is why it is getting progressively more difficult to get to anything other than the ‘official story’ via the MSM, to counter the views of the establishment ‘cheer leaders’ propaganda.

Just saying!

OK ......... I have no argument at all with what you say .................. I tried it and you are absolutely right! But as a simple user I would need to be more than just a ‘user’ to realize that ..... I didn’t! But it used to be OK and do what you asked for and the selection was more random.

I am using the PC search engine just as I would suggest most dumb asses like me would use a PC ..... I ask a simple question? So, I think computers are pretty smart and honest and when I ask a straight question I should get a straight answer ..... as I have for years. The two key words to me were ‘skripal’ and ‘latest’. So in my ignorance, they are the two criteria I expect this wonderful machine to take into consideration when looking for the answer. It knows the subject and it knows today’s date......... so what makes it ignore the request for ‘latest’ and give me old stuff knowing there is much newer information available?

I know it is an ‘artificial intelligence’ so I know it must be smarter than me and should be able to work things out far better than me and infinitely faster? But it doesn’t ......... it needs the search refined even further when it gets results but this has not always been the case as far as I can remember.

Thank you for the advice.
