So basically, you only show up whenever you need attention and hopefully a solution to your long-term problem… but unfortunately Erol, I’m not a magician!

I cannot give you an interesting personality or a charisma worthy of popularity.

You’ll have to investigate your Turkish DNA to figure out how/why you ended up such a fucking bore. :?

Sorry dude… :(

Try reading this thread from the beginning and ask, out of the two of us, based on the actual evidence of the thread, who 'turned up' to try and help the original poster and who did so more to 'show off' because they need attention ?

Yes, we can joke around Sotos… but the sad truth is that there’s more IQ in my little pinkie than your entire family combined.

@ Torto. The way I see it is, you bought a phone with a known problem. When the known problem occured you took it to be repaired. Now after approx 1 month the phone has been repaired. I don't see what else the dealer could have done. I think you have been treated pretty fairly.

Look, fuck your consumer rights!

You’ve been waffling from the onset to the point where even after 7 posts nobody knows what the hell you’re talking about.

Battery related issues are considered a security threat because they have the potential to explode and are thus treated with priority, but your device won’t be the only one with the problem… probably thousands of customers are affected by this.

Therefore, is there an official RECALL for this brand/model, from the manufacturer?

If indeed there is then the time taken to replace/repair is a different ballgame altogether and your standard “consumer rights” go out the window.

You even admitted earlier that you purchased a well-known problematic model (recall pending no doubt). You went ahead with the purchase knowing there would be problems!

All I can say is that you’re an IDIOT and a sucker for punishment!

 Those are the kind of stupid excuses that you learned to say to the clients? The fools are those who buy electronics from Public and the place that you work. Worst prices, worst and slower service, worst warranty (it should be the same, but you don't honor it). And if it was a "well-known problematic model" then they shouldn't be selling it in the first place. Also, "exploding batteries" was an issue only for very few models. In the rest of the cases it is just a usual case of the battery becoming weaker and needing a replacement ... there is no "security threat" about this.
