Of course, we can all live happily ever after.

The key is to give the TC what it is that they want, and to do the same with the GC's. Or get extremely close.

I have listened very carefully to your sides arguments, wishes and expectations Bordo. I have also taken a huge dose of history in to account as well to formulate a very special list that to supply you with them.

This will definitely allow you to live happily ever after.

The trnc, as a part of Turkey (moved inside turkey) - check.
Compensation or exchange for property - check
Flood light islamic state half moon on a mountain face - check.
Waving Turkish flags and cheer your hearts out while doing it - check.
Running your own affairs - check.
Living separately from the gc’s forever - check.
Nothing to do with that “shitty country” - check.
Turkish security guarantees - check.
Lifting of trade embargoes and a bigger economic prosperity - check.
Rid the island of the Turks - check.
Compatible with all UN resolutions - check.
Turkey being invited in to the Cypriot gas bonanza to cooperate in extraction and transit - check.
Same climate, same society same culture- check.
Nothing to do with the eu - check.

You don’t even need the GC's to agree to this. This is something you can do all by yourselves......

Why waste your life and the lives of other generations arguing / negotiating with GC's while remaining piss poor.

What kind of a dumb asses are you to refuse such a great deal.

You might disagree with me here Lordo but I think it's a fucking disgrace. The fact it is on private property is no excuse. Get the fucking things removed, they are stupid and insulting the very people we are trying to make peace with.

Bravo Mr-NG.

The majority would agree with you though and that is what counts.

How the hell does a mountain become a “private land” when I’m sure it was a state land before?

Who owned the mountain before 1974, an individual or the state?

Sounds to me like the “private land” excuse by the north is just a cover to put the flags up just to be “in your face” to the GCs.

So much for so called “confidence building”, then the north complains when the south does not want to include the TCs in the hydrocarbons development.

Why doesn’t the TCs demand the removal of flags?
