even if labour ony achives half of what they promise in the first term, it is good progress in the right direction. it is not easy to undo what has been caused in this country since 1979 with the milk snatcher winning.

she wil be truning in her grave seing the new tory leadership.

fancy claiming that people being born into poverty is not the government's fault. now that is bright.

now bear in mind that the debt accumulated during milk snatcher period included the money they they got from selling the nationalised industries so it would have been higher then what we ended up with. and the debt created by labour under blair/brown included the 500billion they gave the banks. never the less the tories in the last 9 years nearly doubled the debt of previous governments from 1945 to 2010 combined. and of course you hail them as economically competent. of course they are as incompetnent as a one legged toad.

you really are an unfortunate as the one legged toad in a french restaurant.

why are brexshitheads so fixed on whether corbyn will support brexit or not. how can a man make such a decision till he has the agreed brexit deal in detail. that is the time to decide. and of course he has every right to put the deal to the people and ask them for a decision without taking sides like a good referee should be without favouring one side or the other.

i love this comment.

Way back when...
People were clamouring for an honest truthful politician...Corbyn comes along and we turn our backs on him. We hated the corrupt and the billionaires and bankers
Corbyn comes along and we trash him. People said they were sick of brexit, parliament blocking it and the politicians bickering..

Corbyn says he'll take it out of the hands of the politicians and parliament and to get the best deal for all of us so will put it back in our hands to finally decide.....he's labled a traitor.
People are willing to throw caution to the wind and play Russian roulette with their futures and their children's futures to make " Britain great again "
Corbyn presents a fully costed manifesto that will revolutionise the lives of British people and give back power to the people and equal if not better any top economy in the world to actually make Britain great again......yet they call it madness and say it will never work

YOU ALL NEED TO GIVE YOUR HEADS A WOBBLE.

Labour, under Ted Short, cancelled far more school childrens' free milk than the Torys. It just suits the socialist agenda to paint Thatcher in such a light.

I would add that I think I probably owe my life to Bevan's efforts and will be forever grateful. The daily third of a pint of milk, the concentrated orange juice and cod liver oil that I was given. Plus the NHS antibiotics, when I had pretty grim infections, probably saved my life on a couple of occasions.

Nevertheless, by 1979 there were far better ways for the state to help working class kids than a bottle of milk each morning. That, when the kids were sat in front of colour TVs munching on pizzas, whilst their parents planned the next Spanish package holiday.

It's just a convenient socialist myth.

The chances of there being a majority Labour administration are pretty grim. To be honest, I'm disappointed. I would love watching it all happen. From a safe distance of course. :D

i is tellin you boy, the vibe has changed since the manifesto. there something in there for everybody except the top 95%. its only fair innit?

people said in 2017 he had no chance at all. he came to withing whisker of winning it. it wil happen this time. with 1.5 million senile geriatrics gone and 1.5 million young pibol joing the electoral register.
pibol who are expected to retire beyond 66 will vote for it
students and recent graduates will vote for it
low paid will vote for it
increased wages for public sector
possibility of 32 hr a week within 10 years.

flippin heck who would not vote for it. oh i know, i know, those who live in tax havens and also those who have more than one house.

few moths back i remeber a swine who claimed it was good that the threat of brexit is helping him in reducing the value of the pound and and house prices too. he went on to claim he had over 100 properties in london and is looking to buy more. now there's a swine who will pay more and rightly so.

i really feel for him as much as all the homless in europe put together.

i thought people living in dorways was a uk thing, but the desease seemed to have spread to eu cities like barcelona and madrid. what the hell somebody must have the serum. oh shit here comes corbyn with the fakin serum innit?
