Just wishing Britain a Merry Christmas and I’m sure it’s going to be a very happy new year as well with Independence Day now looming and all the EU mobsters in a tail spin smashing their heads against the wall. I call that a very happy ending.

It’s just amazing as only 2 or so years ago, the EU was holding the UK to ransom and they were winning for a while there as well. They mocked Britain’s democratic processes, institutions, and insulted the intelligence of the people,

Well now, the shoe is on the other foot and the tables have turned. The UK is now winning the war and credit to them. Paphitis supports the underdog, and the Brits were the underdog and wanted to self determine their future as is their fundamental right to do so. It’s the right of every nation to do so, including Cyprus which at one time was subjugated under similar oppression and worse by Britain as their colony.

So as a Cypriot whose family witnessed this and suffered, I must throw my support behind the UK in their noble fight with the EU which is about to draw to a close with Britain being victorious once again against what proved to be one of the most evil and brutal regimes the world has ever seen. One that suppresses freedoms, democracy and oppressed the masses who dare rebel against it.

EU, you’re fired!

Britain, congratulations, well done, merry Christmas to the British People, and God Speed towards freedom and independence. The democratic will of the people is victorious here as the people have spoken.

Britain is now a role model to all other EU member states who should know where they stand. Our ancestors fought for their independence and the EU has taken it away.

Now Britain can map its own future. A brighter one too with its square peg cousins across the globe. A power that is much stronger than the EU as well.

been a long hard fought war for British Independence.

Should the UK declare 1st of February a Public Holiday?

That we have left the EU proves that we always were independent and sovereign even when we were members. So a long hard fought war to win back something we already had. Pretty much sums up the stupidity of it all.

I could spend the extra euros I used to get pre brexit for ever £ I changed. Please tell me where I can spend this 'British independence' ?

When a people of any nation make a stand and show some balls, it’s reason to celebrate, especially when they are standing up to the established elites and globalists who want to erode national identity and freedoms.

Look, Britain a global power. It’s not done nothing country that needs to be in the EU to matter.

It matters now.

And it will join its partners like Australia, Canada and NZ and be panglobal in its reach both economically, strategically and militarily.

Even France wants in, so don’t be surprised one day if they have a big spat with the EU. Reason of course is it wants to have a mutual defence agreement with Australia so that Australia is responsible for the Pacific French Territories against the Chy-na threat.

The French are getting very chummy indeed and are wanting massive bilateral defence agreements with Australia because of their Pacific islands. In other words, they are shifting their focus towards the Pacific and want to partner with Australia and NZ so don’t be surprised if they have some kind of special starts with CANZUK which includes the UK. Everyone hates Chy-na which is why Macron and Scotty are in some kind of lovey dovey bromance.

Look stupid, concentrate on your debts and refrain from political issues since you are not adequately equipped to have an opinion.
You got the Syrian issue wrong, the US election in 2016 as well as the 2020. Just have a rest, you have more than succeded in making a bloody fool of your self.

You got everything wrong and more still, you even had your little nose rubbed in shit when Trump actually got more votes than every preceding POTUS. So quite categorically, there are millions who disagree with you.

Secondly, I told you before, you are not adequately equipped to be an accountant. For someone who dismisses debt as a bad thing, well let me tell you than 99% of people wouldn’t even be able to buy a house without debt. That’s just the way it is.

But more importantly, there isn’t a business in the world I know without debt. You who watches shares should know that in the financial statements of any business is the accounts receivable and payable and the latter being debt along with any business loans they have for various things.

Fact is, unless you are Gates, debt is a fact of life. When your in the building and development game, debt is part and parcel of your modus operandi as profits are hived off into various things including other property much of which create rental income and increases collateral and servicing as well, allowing us to borrow more and do larger projects. That’s how it’s done. You start small, 25 years later, we have 4 on the go at the same time. You sell one and you are out of debt. The line of credit however remains for the next hour of need to finish the next one and the next one and it just repeats over and over.

My debts don’t need to be managed. They manage themselves. Payments are automatic and seem less. The only thing I need to worry about is coordination of works and doing the EFT payments on time.

My biggest hassle is with tradesmen. Most are great and regulars. Occasionally, we have issues over money and defect lists.

One more thing. Every time I’m invoiced, that’s an account payable. That is debt. When I see my accountant and I have invoices outstanding, they are included in my liability column if they are not paid and segregated based on their terms of payment. If I go under, these become creditors. There isn’t a single day I don’t think where there isn’t an account payable to someone. Some of them are pretty big accounts too.

The issue I had when I rejected some blinds was sorted out amicably though with me paying wholesale and getting a good deal on plantations. Why would the supplier do that? Because I buy lots. My koumbaro even more.

I’ll teach you some accounting.
