My judgement, FWIW and - before this thread likely descends into the usual "You're an idiot who knows nothing, listen here boy, go play with your toys" avenue.

There's no doubting the facts about Kuklinski's history as a cold blooded killer. However, the Dietz/Kuklinski recording comes across as a semi-staged exercise.

It seems evident to me that Dietz is massaging Kuklinski's ego, attempting to elicit shocking revelations. Kuklinski appears, hesitantly, to be trying to provide them. What does this man want me to say? This is prisoner who at that stage would have probably spent years of 12 hours a day just staring at the 4 walls of his confined cell. Dead nevertheless for 15 now. Towards the very end Dietz even seems to be patronisingly congratulating Kuklinski on his "achievements".

As I said earlier, he was convicted of the killings of 5 people and given a life sentence. Whilst he claimed - after clearly being coaxed in that direction by Dietz - to have killed over 200. I personally have trouble accepting that the police would have turned their backs on the opportunity to close the file on a lot of those cases whilst Kuklinski was incarcerated. Too busy? Some sort of deal, perhaps involving concessions, would surely have been done?

Bundy I think was a better example of a depraved and psychotic killer. A subject for what makes human beings do such things. His almost unbelievably barbaric actions, in contrast to the way he comes across as an articulate, sincere, charming and very friendly human being are an education.

You are not being fair to the good doctor. He was brought in by the court to help them in their decision making. He also uses his knowledge gained to create the profile of the suspects so the police can find them quicker and finally that is not the actual interview, that is segments taken from the interview which are much more extensive.

No I do not feel sorry for him but I do believe him that he could not understand why he did what he did and at least he found out the factors which drove him to do what he did. The good doctor also explained thathe was not detined to be a criminal. Peopel with his medical conditions do things like bomb disposals, testing planes and racing racing cars.

Give him some credit he knows what he is doing.

You see, it's really not possible to have a reasonable and reasoned discussion/debate with you Lordo. It's hard to find any exchanges, where opinions differ to yours, that don't very quickly descend to the level where you're employing the usual bully boy slagging off responses.

At the end of the day, all these labels invented by the psychiatric world are nothing but vague and feeble attempts to place MARKERS on the vast human personality spectrum.

Secondly, the US always had its processes of backfilling labour shortages in industry. If there is a pilot shortage, they have the E3 program for Australians and Canadians. I’m sure each and every industry has similar programs.

If you want to enter the YS, there are legal avenues you could follow. I did and am an E3 holder. The process was not that hard.

Paphitis, you have much to learn about the unskilled Labour market needs in the USA, which is where the undocumented workers come in and they provide a service where many Americans would not want to touch with a 10 ft pole. Who do you think works the agricultural fields doing back breaking work so that Americans can have their cheap vegetables fruits and vegetables or in many factories and warehouses and domestic help in homes and gardeners and the list goes on with very little benefits. The hope for them is to give their children a better life than they had in their own countries, especially if the child is born in the US which then automatically becomes an American citizen. I think you have lived a sheltered life for way too long in Australia my friend.
