If privatisation is best for a sector, how come the British Steel Industry is in the shit and the first thing that comes to mind to save it is to nationalise it then?

Essential services like sectors like Steel, water, telephone and energy should never have been privatised. It served no benefit to the public but enriched the corporations.

Steel should be bought according to market price and a bankrupt entity has a value of Zero. I remember ING being sold for a pound.

It's "British steel" not Turkish Cypriot steel. If you don't like it may I borrow your suggestion? " Perhaps you should - "Just fuck off you hear". Go home. It's a win/win.

In today's UK news. 656 undocumented (aka illegal) migrants arrived there in 11 boats on Saturday. So far this year there have been a record 8064.

Never mind the fear of a Russian invasion.

SwineCunts kindly spread your manure elsewhere.

This morning I hear the Army has been brought in to Birmingham to clear the rubbish bin man have not been collecting on account that they are on strike. You would think they would bring a few trucks and some squaddie's but instead a few planners have arrived to help with logistics.

Only in La La Land.

Disturbing statistic.

In 2023/24 there were 1,699 food bank distribution centers run by the UK's main food bank distributor, the Trussell Trust, compared with 1,646 in the previous year. In this year, over 3.12 million people used a food bank in the UK, compared with just under 26,000 in 2008/09.

Disturbing statistic(s):

"Data from the National Audit Office (NAO) has revealed that hotel and other accommodation contracts originally forecast to cost £4.5 billion between 2019 and 2029 are now expected to run to £15.3 billion over the same period, following a rise in Channel crossings and asylum claims.

In 2024/25 alone, the cost was £1.67 billion, equivalent to £4.6 million a day or £3,172 a minute.

The £15 billion would plug Labour’s proposed £5 billion cuts in benefits three times over, or pay for between 10 and 15 new hospitals."

"Benefits claims by refugee households have increased by 33 per cent in a year, government figures show.

The amount of Universal Credit paid to households with at least one claimant who is a refugee rose to £1.1 billion in 2024, an increase of a third from £828 million in 2023.

Migration experts attributed the increase – the first time it has passed £1 billion – to a surge in the number of asylum seekers being granted refugee status.

It comes as record numbers of migrants have crossed the Channel in small boats."

Your thinking seems to be this isn't enough and you post about how, basically, the UK borders should just be thrown open to all and sundry.

Followed by prattling on about food banks.

I just popped along to the local council offices and got food vouchers enough to feed my family of 4 for a week. Next week I'll do the same at the social offices. Well - why shouldn't I? Not when there are people starving on the UK streets.

How about you stop endlessly bitching about Britain and go back where - as a Turkish Cypriot - you belong? You won't of course, because - despite actually being highly qualified - you're not that stupid.

Blah, blah, blah in Swahili.

NB: In Lordo's absence I have to fill in for him temporarily:

Starmer, the wimpy British PM sitting at the helm of the…

“Royal Britannia of International Crimes against the Defenseless”

…the grand architect of the European “coalition of the cowards” who dare not put boots on the ground of the Ukraine, but opt for yapping from a distance like an insolent little Chihuahua you’d like to bitch-slap…

Has had an interesting 48 hours to say the least… as he is caught in the middle of a cocaine party aboard a train from Kiev, and is now the victim of arson on his properties!

You get the impression that someone doesn’t like him back home (God forbid) but the truth of the matter is that these two incidents are probably the most exciting things that have ever happened in this boring British poof’s entire life!

Hang on… there’s a part II

----------------------------------------------------

And for the first time in decades, Starmer confronted his misses with a roaring…

“WHO IS THE MAN OF THE HOUSE NOW, EH?”

And his formerly Thatcher-like wife somewhat reluctantly let her guard down and submissively replied…

“You!”

At which point he wasted no time bending her over and mounting her by the staircase!

----------------------------------------------------

Hmm… maybe I should get into naughty short story writing!
