The Swine are running around like headless chickens runing around plucking their feathers.

https://www.unhcr.org/about-unhcr/who-we-are/1951-refugee-convention

Now lets have a look at the situation about refugees and what they do not have to do.

What rights do refugees have under the 1951 Convention?
The cornerstone of the 1951 Convention is the principle of non-refoulement contained in Article 33. According to this principle, a refugee should not be returned to a country where they face serious threats to their life or freedom.

Other rights contained in the 1951 Convention include:

The right not to be expelled, except under certain, strictly defined conditions (Article 32)
The right not to be punished for irregular entry into the territory of a contracting State (Article 31)
The right to non-discrimination (Articles 3 and 5)
The right to decent work (Articles 17 to 19 and 24)
The right to housing, land and property, including intellectual property (Articles 13, 14 and 21)
The right to education (Article 22)
The right to freedom of religion (Article 4)
The right to access to justice (Article 16)
The right to freedom of movement within the territory (Article 26 and Article 31 (2))
The right to be issued civil, identity and travel documents (Articles 12, 27 and 28)
The right to social protection (Articles 23 and 24 (2-4)).

Does a refugee also have obligations?
Yes. Refugees are required to abide by the laws and regulations of their country of asylum and respect measures taken for the maintenance of public order.

Now where does it say a refugee must have papers?

Now fuck off you stupid selfish cunt.
If your Swine government does not like the convention by all means remove Swineland from the convention and you are released of all Refugee obligations.

And of course the whole world will than fully appreciate how uncivilised the Swine have always been.

Talking of uncivilised Swine behaviour.

Why be a cunt all your life, give it some rest will ya.

Just off the dinghy at Dover...

Unfortunately the latest Engineers, Scientists and Brain Surgeons to arrive all 'lost' their documentation while crossing the Channel...

Lordo.

I doubt you will take this in the spirit meant but let me show you something about yourself.

At cyprus47915-50.html#p937388 CG posted a view on the subject. That's what it was - his view. At the end he adds "What an utter mong you are". I've no idea what a "Mong" is but it doesn't really sound like an epic insult.

To that your following response(s):

Lordo wrote:Read the posts you stupid old alcoholic cunt........................................Take your fuckin head out of your toilet bucket you stupid idiot......................................Were born stupid or did you work at it. I bet your mother never had you tested you when you were born. You sick bustard. As disgusting as iour drunk face. Get life you parasite. Now fuck off you stupid selfish cunt. Why be a cunt all your life, give it some rest will ya.

Throughout all of that nothing CG said was particularly offensive. Nevertheless - and there's another person on here who does the same thing - immediately your opinion was questioned and another offered you went into a - in your case foul mouthed - bully boy mode.

I give you credit for not acting like a kiddie in the playground who wants his ball back and spouting "I don't read your posts!"

Question, in my case, and in the light of your remarks above, how do you regard your

You often post controversial views, usually in a very provocative manner. Mostly they're ignored (which speaks for itself) when somebody replies though why don't you try defending your views in a civilised way? Rather than all that foul mouthed crap. Trust me, it really makes you look like a prat. :(

BTW. Always loved the Pink Floyd album.

Bordo is a dick head,

On another thread he hasn't got a word to say against Turkey threatening to kill UN peacekeeping troops in Cyprus. The mong is only surprised that the Turks wouldn't shoot in the air at least. To get the UN to fuck off out of Cyprus so the illegal occupation regime can build a road through the green line!

But here he is quoting UN conventions on human rights and abusing other contributors and governments trying to hold them to account for not following UN conventions to the letter.

The hypocritical tosser.

The biggest dick head I ever come across in my life.

Mong, definition : A person with an intellectual disability.
Dick head, definition : A stupid, irritating, or ridiculous man.
Tosser, definition : A person or thing that tosses something.

Let me learn this idiot here a few facts about crossings. If a TC crosses to the south from anywhere along the green line, there is no laws being broken in the GRoC. The issue is with the TRNC. It is them that object to people crossing over not using a crossing point and not being checked.

So this idea that GRoC will close the crossings is fodder for the idiots especially on this forum.

A friend of mine crossed over without using official crossing and was spotted by GRoC police and stopped. The idiot policeman was trying to charge him for crossing. His Sargent next to him asked the idiot policeman what crime exactly was the TC guilty of? The answer was none. So long as he had insurance to drive in the GRoC which he had. So released him without being charged.

What a difference 50 years make. If this was in 1963, he would have been taken to a police station and held there till midnight. He would than be released just after the local EOKA cunts was informed that the release was imminent and that person would just disappear into the night.

Of course if they crossed during the pandemic, they would be charged for being outside without permission.

The notion that a country only wants / needs 'good' migrants , where good means rich and successful ones, is for the birds. Economically.

Economically a country needs migrants that are desperate to become rich and successful. More desperate than the native population. That is the driver that creates growth via migration. You do not want a migrant that made millions in their own country as much as you want ones that do so in your country. That is why and how migration drives economic growth.

And issue here is the Swine criteria of wage salary to accept migrants. And of course this blocked a lot of vital migrants coming in to cover for jobs the locals will not do. Add to that the fact that the Swine only use criteria of what they need rather than the particulars of the migrant and you begin to realise that migration is not for the benefit of the migrants or the country they leave but the receiving country.
We have 170,000 refugees waiting to hear the decision on their claims for asylum unable to work whilst we have 500,000 vacancies the locals not applying for various reasons. Last year they processed 29 claims. The policy here seems to be allow the numbers and costs to rise so it can be used in the election to claim the migration invasion and how they are going to stop it not realising that they have been in power for the last 13 years and migration has gone up every year since coming to powe. But the idiots still fall for it. The average voter must have the concentration span of a fish not unlike the Swine who reside on this forum.

It was laughable when the Swine realised that there is not enough people to pick vegetables or fruit or even truck drivers so they decided to give people temporary visas for just a few months and be surprised when nobody applied.
