Trig (Roger Lloyd-Pack) was a great actor and lovely man. I saw him on stage a few times when I lived in London. In reality about as far from Trigger as you could imagine. Sadly, he died in 2014. RIP.

''...i remember. This is Putin's war, not Russia's.

As a Cypriot, i would like to say to Mr. Zelensky that it is not easy for me to see what the Ukrainian People must be suffering, because of a man like him. My hope is that you may have the strength to remain a loving person, a better man, despite the failings of those around you who you must also be depending on.

I would beg you to remember that the Problem which, we, suffer from for so long is at your doorstep if you ignore the difference between Ukrainians and "Ukrainians", that there exists in this subtle difference "Russians" and Russians, too. Your people are like us, they are neither one of "Them": as Persons quite distinct in their identities, but as Individuals quite prepared to defend the Universal Principles which as Humans we value most.

I would beg you to remember, that as the President of Ukraine you are the representative of all Ukrainians, not just "Ukrainians", that your (our) enemy are "Russians" not Russians. I would suggest that if the Ukraine is broken in parts, it may be a step forward for all the world to see what a BBF truly means; if at one level of Government, Ukrainian Constituencies which as Majorities demonstrated the Goodwill they have in Goodfaith toward their Minorities, and at another the people's representation as a People united existing as well where as Individuals they are equals without the further need for any further distinction or discrimination: what is Liberty, and Freedom?

...isn't the US, the world's first BBF, i ask; a rhetorical question because it is. And despite the failure in Cyprus where Cypriots live unheard among the two divided "sides", it is still a good (the best) idea to live a life based on values, and a Rule of Law that can be respected by everyone, while everyone of us may choose, who, we will be.

"Turkishness" and "Greekness" must be exposed for Cypriots to have Peace, and Sovereignty over their lives.

The Problem is your problem now, their lies and "their" mythic realities. What with the suffering tearing the fabric of all Ukraine and its people today, what with the people like "Them'' having their day fulfilling themselves with Hate, who can envy your position, Mr. Zelensky, i can only wish you well, and, good luck.''
https://cyprus-mail.com/2022/04/04/ukra ... arliament/

...Mr. Zelensky speaks to the Legislature in Cyprus, virtually, on Thursday.

Geez, who was the boof head that said Russia and Chine have Hyper-sonic Missiles and America lags behind?

Well, my little minions, it was just announced that Australia has been developing Hyper-sonic Missiles that can be launched from land, sea and air for the past few years, and have been testing them in that time. Missiles with a speed of Mach 5.5

The project is a joint consortium between Australia, US and UK. Which also seems to suggest the AUKUS Sub deal was in the pipe many years before the French contract was cancelled.

These Missiles will be installed on Australian warships, and will be launch from RAAF Poseidon from this year. And there will be a Sub Launched variant as well. They will be fitted to the AUKUS Subs. They have even done dozens of tests at Woomera.

America has been developing this technology from the early 2000s - they just don't talk about it too much.

Here kitty kitty kitty....

When Turkey inavede Cyprus, there was a column of Turkish flags in most Australian cities as well.

But I can tell you for a fact that the general Australian consensus was not in favour of the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974 and is still not in favour of the continued occupation.

These demonstrations either organized by Russians or Ukrainians don't mean anything other than the fact they just occur. In reality the average EU citizen was not in favor of any side before the war started.
https://www.politico.eu/article/europea ... macy-poll/
Now with western propaganda hitting the roof the public opinion must have changed, and it will change again in mid April when the Russians will cut off the gas supply. Guess what kind of massive demonstrations we will be witnessing then.

Therer is propganada everyehere but as far as propaganda goes, Russia is at the pinnacle of it.

We have NOTHING in comparison other than a pluralistic media which does publish different viewpoints which is something not allowed in Russia.

The pluralistic media you talk about are just a handful of fully tied corporations from which thousands of other regurgitate. One has to break his back to find anything really independent. In Cyprus we have 7 local TV channels which all copy from the same sources. Same with our newspapers.
So we have no other option that to look for information on Russian media that get banned from the internet on a daily basis. And you'd be lucky to find out their new web address.
For example look at what presumably happened in Bucha. The Russian media were warning days ago that the Ukrainians were instructed by the British to bring about 300 corpses in areas where the Russians were withdrawing. And that's the exact number they brought and placed them so nicely and symmetrically on the streets one every 10 meters....

You are deluded.

I have no doubt western media embellish the truth and even sell propaganda, and the fact corporations like the Oil and Gas industry, Big Pharma and big corporates can influence them is known fact.

But telling us you have to abandon Western Media to get the truth from Russian Controlled State media is like going to a drug dealer for rehab.

A lot of eye witness accounts from reputable sources to support there having been atrocities committed against the civilian population have now come out of Bucha.

To sweep them aside - and dismiss all as some sort of collective naivety - whilst adopting without question the “Not a single person in Bucha was harmed under occupation” and now standard response - the Ukrainians did it - line floated by Russia seems a bit like……….. serial myopia?

One example:
