Ukrainians DO KILL THEIR OWN PEOPLE because they are not one people. 85% of the damage on buildings in Mariuopol was done by the Ukrainians. Let aside the damage and murders in Doniesk and Lughansk over the past 8 years.
They kill their "own" people because the vast majority in the East are Russian speakers.
For the rest of their own, they simply don't care, because they themselves are split between fascist Neo Nazis who would kill anyone for ideological reasons, and ordinary people. That's why Putin calls for the De-Nazification of Ukraine. The cancer of Neo-nazism is so widely spread in Ukraine, and it's not only about the 1500 Azovs it's also their thousands of paratroops that were given by law the power to force "law and order" as they please.
