What did the Americans do for us?

Postby Lordo » Thu Apr 21, 2022 12:25 pm

I am not going back beyond the WW2. It would be interesting to go into what exactly did they Americans do in Europe since then.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Gladio

Operation Gladio is the codename for clandestine "stay-behind" operations of armed resistance that were organized by the Western Union (WU), and subsequently by NATO and the CIA, in collaboration with several European intelligence agencies. The operation was designed for a potential Warsaw Pact invasion and conquest of Europe. Although Gladio specifically refers to the Italian branch of the NATO stay-behind organizations, "Operation Gladio" is used as an informal name for all of them. Stay-behind operations were prepared in many NATO member countries, and some neutral countries.

During the Cold War, some anti-communist armed groups engaged in the harassment of left-wing parties, torture, terrorist attacks, and massacres in countries such as Italy

As well as Greece and Turkey and Cyprus. It was the Greek and Turkish Gladios that set up Eoka and TMT. The Americans did not care what else these people do so long as they got rid of left wingers.

Lets move on to 1953.

The 1953 Iranian coup d'état, known in Iran as the 28 Mordad coup d'état, was the overthrow of the democratically elected Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh in favour of strengthening the monarchical rule of the Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi on 19 August 1953. It was orchestrated by the United States (under the name TPAJAX Project or "Operation Ajax") and the United Kingdom (under the name "Operation Boot"). The clergy also played a considerable role.

Notice how they got help from the Clergy.

They have been making the same mistake time and time again. But of course they do not pay the price ultimately. The locals pay the price of the American's greed.

This is interesting from the link GR has provided.

August 1953.
That’s when Mossadegh was fed up with the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company—now BP—pumping Iran’s oil and shipping the profits to the United Kingdom.

And Mossadegh said, hey, this is our oil. I think we’ll keep it.

And Winston Churchill said, no you won’t.

This is what the west is about and yet Iranians have moved to the west.

So off to 1954. What the hell were the French doing running Vietnam is what I want to know. What gave them the right to rule other people.

1830 Algeria.

France occupied Algeria for 132 years, from July 5, 1830, until July 5, 1962, when the country declared its independence from colonial rule. During the course of the struggle for independence, over 1.5 million Algerians were martyred, while hundreds of thousands more were injured, went missing or were forced from their homes.

And yet there is over half a million Algerians living in France today.

And of course once they lost Vietnam, they invited America to Vietnam instead as if they were inviting them to their living room for tea and scones.

As many as 2 million civilians on either side and 1.1 million North Vietnamese and Viet Cong fighters.

That is 3.1 million people in case you sum cells have packed up.

And of course during the Vietnam war, America also bombed Cambodia too.

"Many of those killed in the bombing were just vaporized," notes Craig Etcheson, a leading American researcher. "According to documents and research, the figures for people who died during that time [1969-75], would be around 700,000 to 800,000,"

Long live the west indeed.

You are like the fuckin Nazis of now who salivate over killing of millions of people.

Lets stay closer to home.

Americans overthrew government in Greece and set up the Generals in power till 1974.

In Turkey 1960, 1971, 1980 and 1997. I do not count the last one.

CIA was behind every single one of them.

Long live the democratic principles of the west.
