Lordo, the position would be for a moderator and not for Admin!
I think we should have a secret vote for the position of 2 moderators and let the persons with the most votes win.
We are a small group here, but one moderator won’t be able to manage alone, therefore two moderators would be better than one.
Naturally, any selected member can decline the position of a moderator if he/she would garner the top 2 voting positions.
Bribing members for their votes shall be allowed!
Just like the real thing!

One question for Admin. How do you make money from adverts? Do we have to click on them and is it per click or is it the same fee under certain numbers of clicks.
I am prepared to click on the adverts if it means some revenue.

We could do a poll.... Forum members love a good poll don't we.... Firstly though members should put their names forward and for this we would need a seperate thread running for say 4 days.. Then someone (GR) could do the poll... Could be made anonymous but i don't see the need for that... Anyway thats my 10 shekels worth... Have a nice day everyone
