I agree, some of us really need to rethink things through.

What "we" need or want and what "we" are getting or what "others" plan for "us" to get are at complete odds with each other RW.

Lets take our resident einplonkenstein for example.

He, like most Turkish Cypriots, have for a long time been a proponent and argued for political equality of the two sides.

Other than it being a habitual talking point, history clearly shows and it is often demonstrated by "them" in the present too, that "they" cant really live with the Greek Cypriot side saying no.

What have I got to think about RW. Intervention was in 1974, in the meantime tell me how many roads did UN build for the people living in the Buffer Zone. I know of none. Who were supposed to build or repair these roads for the Cypriots. I got news for the man-child called Faximos the Buffer Zone actually belongs to the UN and certainly not GRoC. I did not see no complains when GRoC built the roads to Athienou. In reality he is not even aware RoC was killed December 1963 when Makarios refused to implement the constitution and went on a war path to change it by saying it will not work. That is as full of bullshit as Faximos is now.

The only other time I sided with Erdogan was regarding Interest rates and I still do as our experience here shows, 15 increases on interest rates and Inflation is still too high. Rates are going up again. Fancy a fuckin government who is trying to save people a couple of hundred pounds a month of inflation rises by putting their mortgage payments up by up to 1500 per month. That sounds like legalise robbery that does. Robin Hood in the reverse.

Faximos also needs to read up on the events of 63 to 74 properly not just some church books. Also he can fuckin do well to listen to the fuckers who lived the time and personally experienced them.

But alas an idiot will always remain an idiot. You cant buy brains innit?

...and yet neither of "Them" (a "Greek" leadership and a "Turkish" leadership) has asked, having a Republic (needing Constitutional reform), and a Constituency seeking its equality among Cypriot Constituencies; where is the Greek Constituency?

Indeed, going back to the Constitution, i remind us that while the Turkish Cypriots withdrew from the Legislature, the Communal Chamber was never opened because Greek Cypriots never presented themselves.

...President Anastasiades was not wrong when he suggested that the starting point is the Constitution.

The Freedom of being Cypriot (acting as an Individual without further distinction or discrimination) is not hard for me to understand, I love Cyprus. Nurturing 'our' (as Cypriots) distinct identities as Persons, trustingly and respectfully in Liberty, should not be hard to demonstrate accordingly.

...same question(s): what is a BBF, what is the Problem?

Indeed, you are quite correct Max, Cyprus cannot be divided because for decades Cypriots, Greek and Turkish, have never given "Them" overwhelming majorities in any election. You seem to ignore the power of Turkish Cypriots. They are heroes under the conditions they live in, the Ignorance they must endure; Sener Levent comes to mind. (Do not take Lordo as a good example though, yet do not count him out; you are in this way not so different to him while he is apt to "be" more tragic.)

You are right RW, I often come to the conclusion that einplonkenstein either doesnt think clearly or his posts are just untrustworthy.

Here is an example above.

So if it belongs to the UN, they have a right to prevent any construction happening within it by the Turkish Cypriot side. And the Turkish Cypriot side has no right to build roads or anything in the buffer zone.

Everything I have said is correct and everything you have tried to counter with is incorrect untrustworthy bullshit.

What you should do is put yourself out of your misery and leave democratic capitalist western societies like the UK, the EU.

you should go live in Turkey.
