Hunting Season - when does it end?

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Hunting in Cyprus is a right of passage for males..... so they think. In fact it seems it is an excuse to go out, get drunk, kill something, look macho with the dead animal hanging from their belt and finally head home. Why do they need so many dogs and why are these dogs neglected and dumped if not up to scratch?

It's all bullsh1t. Soon there will be nothing left to shoot.

Remember though, hunters are voters, so keep them happy!

LOL Stuff
The birds from the North where behind the closed gates. No way they could make it through .

As far as hunting in Cyprus. No one can call that hunting. I hear they lure the birds with electronically made sounds. Poor horney birds. They go to the sound thinking they will get laid and they get screwed instead.

I know stuff.

Tonight I had 7 deer behind my house. They are beautiful animals. They taste like shit (well taste very gamey) and people still shoot them to eat them.

I like to feed them and watch them play. I could never shoot them.

Hunting a wild pig

Postby maewing » Wed Feb 15, 2006 12:15 pm

C'mon, you mean you do not relish in finding a wild pig, shooting it, and then roasting it in your own pit out in the yard. This is one of the last places you can do this! :)

 That's sick. Thank God, you can't do that all over the world. It's cruel, unhygienic, messy and a waste. You're telling me you would eat the whole thing?

Stick to packaged goods from Sainsbury's

Actually it is not bad cooking a pig that way. A friend had a regular farm grown pig cooked that way and it was awesome.
It's the wild taste that I can not deal with. The gamey one.
