I read from a GC newspaper that when Talat went through his operation that PapaD called his offices to wish him a speedy recovery. Why did he not take the opportunity at that time to leave the message that he was ready for talks and arrange a meeting? At the same time why doesn't Talat return his call thank him for his call when he was in hospital and ask him if he wanted to meet?
