Well let me inform you....
To export food to the US you need a special license. There are already some Greek shops that do it. They bring the stuff here in bulk and then sell it online. To the rest of the EU it should be easy. The stuff that needs to be kept cold you can put on dry ice and ship it UPS. It could work.

Ebay auctions are fine, but you are not permitted to auction food or drink products !

Yes you are. on ebay.com anyway. dont know about ebay.com.uk . On the central ebay.com there is a Food and Wine category. People sell cookies and cakes and whiskey....

Hey Andri -- not in the UK, I'm afraid. That's a big Ebay no-no.

As to making my own --- well, I've got some grapes, but that's where my knowledge ends !!

I will ask at the customs when I find the chance. I think exporting food on small quantities will not be easy.
