i`m launching a restaurant rating site for Paphos, Cyprus in about 2 weeks. Site is currently being tested but is open for access. Full restaurant directory is being collated so there are some missing, when you think how many places there are to eat you can imagine the size of this job.

The Sewer smell you are talking about by Gregory's isn't sewer.. it's the methane released from the oil refinery up the road.

You can smell the sewers in certain areas of Cyprus... that's because the damn tourists are blocking the septic pipes by puttine tissue down the toilet.. jeesh.. can't they read the signs, or are they too pissed to read??

my parents went recently and thought it was really good.
We decided to go to varohotis seafood rest instead and were sort of disappointed - it was much much better many years ago
I dont think Cypriots do upmarket food very well.....the should just stick with what they do best.

Kyria Georgina in larnaca had brilliant Mezes - not sure on prices as our friend paid but really really good
we even had snails - yum!!!

I just ate at this restaurant you recommended few minutes ago, on another thread.!!

Don't you have another place to recommend, or are you a "Creature of Habit" when it comes to food.!!!
