Not that I have a problem with Greece being slammed, just that this is a thread about Iran and here we are talking about Greece again.

I'm gonna have to open up a thread about "carpentry in early 16th century Bavaria" and watch how we direct that one towards Greece as well.

Once again, Iran who is ran by clerics and its assembly of experts can appoint the top job of Supreme Leader is not a democracy.

Where did you see the democracy in Iran? And feel free to compare to Greece if you like

Your thread was flawed from the start as it was based on the assumptions that…

1. The election was rigged.
2. The demonstrators are demonstrating for “democracy”.
3. The second placed candidate was proposing democracy!
4. The demonstrators are of any significant number out of Iran’s 70m population!

..and you were totally ignorant of American and Israeli propaganda which obviously did a perfect job to your inexperienced mind.

A total flop of a thread!

Screw the elections and it seems you're not up to speed with current affairs these days. Switch that channel off from the history channel and watch the news a little. There's a huge wave of demo's going on in Iran that are more than demo's in favour of one candidate. They're snowballing into calls for a democratic govt.

Now, unless you're gonna sit there and tell me these people do not deserve a democratic govt while you shout about it for Cyprus I suggest you move onto another Greece bashing thread with your "experienced" mind.

A dude called the Supreme Leader rules their country and you're telling me about American propaganda?

Oh right… so what you’re saying then is that the demonstrators have changed their mantra from a “rigged election” to “democracy” now have they?

Are these NOT the alleged supporters of the second placed candidate who by the way is anything but democratic???

He's taken the role of Lech Walesa for Iran. Here, check out Al Jazeera's news today. I can't believe you're arguing against a people that has been ruled by clerics under inhumane conditions from revolting for a more democratic govt.

Dude, the people are doing it themselves and you're on the wrong side of this revolt.

After the first Iraqi invasion, the US bought out Al Jazeera for their propaganda... that's why its credibility plummeted!

I give up with you. You're siding with the Ayatollah over people who want a democratic govt and showing just how hypocritical and 2 sided you're becoming.

Was only a couple of weeks ago you were peddling some Makedonijan hate society as independent credible evidence for an argument.

Silly old fuck.
