Well, Iran has had these rockets with a range of 2000km for a several years and haven't used them yet inspite of Israeli provocation..... so, maybe they are less agressive and less likely to attack Israel than we are led to believe by all the USraeli rhetoric. On the other hand Israel '....being of human status' is quite justified in using missiles to kill Palestinians they feel they need to take out or to retaliate against stone throwing Palestinians. are they?

How many times does it need to be said that there is absolutely no evidence, from IAEA, US Intel., Israel Intel. or any other source, that Iran is trying to build a nuclear weapon or is enriching Uranium to anything other than a level for peaceful power generation and medicle use. The Iranian religious Supreme Leader has said it is against their religious teachings to build weapons of mass distruction, that they have no plans to do so and it has been said over and over agan!!!

The whole 'Iran nuclear' scenario is a scam to give the US and Isarel a reason to attack Iran for their oil/gas and other resources, and to secure a pipeline through Iran for the Caspian Basin oil/gas delivery to Asia, now that the US has realised the Taliban will not let them construct or operate the TAPI pipeline, that the US started the Afghan War to secure. IRAN is their only other option!!!!

Wake up to reality ............ and just watch for the 'False Flag' attack on an American assett by their partner the Zionist Israeli government, led by that war mongering madman Netanyahu!!!!!!

Russia expecting attack on Iran by summer

Plans to move troops to protect interests, possibly assist Islamic enclave

Editor’s Note: The following report is excerpted from Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin, the premium online newsletter published by the founder of WND. Subscriptions are $99 a year or, for monthly trials, just $9.95 per month for credit card users, and provide instant access for the complete reports.
WASHINGTON – The Russian military anticipates that an attack will occur on Iran by the summer and has developed an action plan to move Russian troops through neighboring Georgia to stage in Armenia, which borders on the Islamic republic, informed Russian sources say in a report in Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin.

Russian Security Council head Viktor Ozerov said that Russian General Military Headquarters has prepared an action plan in the event of an attack on Iran.
Dmitry Rogozin, who recently was the Russian ambassador to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, or NATO, warned against an attack on Iran.
“Iran is our neighbor,” Rogozin said. “If Iran is involved in any military action, it’s a direct threat to our security.” Rogozin now is the deputy Russian prime minister and is regarded as anti-Western. He oversees Russia’s defense sector.
Russian Defense Ministry sources say that the Russian military doesn’t believe that Israel has sufficient military assets to defeat Iranian defenses and further believes that U.S. military action will be necessary.
Russia’s purpose in moving its troops would be not only to protect its own vital regional interests but possibly to assist Iran in the event of an attack. Sources add that a Russian military buildup in the region could result in the Russian military potentially engaging Israeli forces, U.S. forces or both.
Informed sources say that the Russians have warned of “unpredictable consequences” in the event Iran is attacked, with some Russians saying that the Russian military would intervene because its vital interests in region would be threatened.
The influential Russian Nezavisimaya Gazeta newspaper has quoted a Russian military source as saying that the situation forming around Syria and Iran “causes Russia to expedite the course of improvement of its military groups in the South Caucasus, the Caspian, Mediterranean and Black Sea regions.”
This latest information comes from a series of reports and leaks from official Russian spokesmen and government news agencies who say that an Israeli attack is all but certain by the summer.
Because of the impact on Russian vital interests in the region, sources say that Russian preparations for such an attack began two years ago when Russian Military Base 102 in Gyumri, Armenia, was modernized. It is said to occupy a major geopolitical position in the region.
Families of Russian servicemen from the Russian base at Gyumri in Armenia close to the borders of Georgia and Turkey already have been evacuated, Russian sources say.
“Military Base 102 is a key point, Russia’s outpost in the South Caucasus,” a Russian military source told the newspaper. “It occupies a very important geopolitical position, but the Kremlin fears lest it should lose this situation.”

American Enterprise in Gulf: Second aircraft carrier deployed

Published: 09 April, 2012, 21:12
Edited: 10 April, 2012, 16:22

The USS Enterprise has been sent to the Persian Gulf, the US Navy said Monday as tensions rise over Iran’s nuclear program. It will be the fourth time in the last decade the US has had two aircraft carriers on simultaneous missions in the area.

The deployment of the second aircraft is "routine and not specific to any threat," stated Commander Amy Derrick-Frost of the Bahrain-based Fifth Fleet. The Enterprise and its strike group entered the fleet’s area of responsibility on April 3.

Routine deployment or not, it was mostly during wars when the Persian Gulf saw two US aircraft carriers operating in the region at the same time in the last ten years: in the US-led invasion of Iraq in March 2003 and in supporting the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan in February 2007.

Officially, the nuclear-powered USS Enterprise and its warships are to join the strike group headed by the USS Abraham Lincoln, which is providing air support to the allied mission in Afghanistan. The two groups are also to boost anti-pirate efforts off Somalia’s coast in the Gulf of Aden, after which the USS Enterprise will be homeward bound to be decommissioned in autumn.

The two groups are also expected to put into effect Washington’s pledge to keep the Strait of Hormuz, a major oil traffic lane for Gulf exporters, open. Iran has repeatedly threatened to block the strategic strait in retaliation for recent international sanctions targeting its oil and economic sectors.

The US, while focusing its diplomatic efforts on Iran to force it to give up its alleged nuclear ambitions, appears to be increasing up its naval presence in the Gulf.

In March, Washington sent a second amphibious assault group to the Persian Gulf in another “regularly scheduled deployment.” The group included an atomic submarine, a marine helicopter squadron and over 2,000 US Marines, many of whom are reported to be veterans of ground combat in Iraq and Afghanistan. At the time of these deployments the number of American ships in the region totaled eight, with four additional minesweeping helicopters being flown in.

The US says they would prefer a political solution to the Iranian situation, though they admit that “all options are on the table” to force Tehran to drop its nuclear program. Israel, on the other hand, considers a nuclear Iran to be “an existential threat.” Recent reports suggest Israel’s defense minister Ehud Barak has given Iran a three-month deadline to relinquish its nuclear ambitions or face an imminent attack by mid-summer.

Russia Is Massing Troops On Iran's Northern Border And Waiting For A Western Attack

Israeli terror network busted in Iran

Tehran Times Political Desk
On Line: 10 April 2012 13:16
In Print: Wednesday 11 April 2012

TEHRAN – The Iranian Intelligence Ministry, in a statement issued on Tuesday, announced that key members of an Israeli terrorist network have been identified and arrested in the country.

The statement said that intelligence forces, in a series of operations in a number of central and border provinces of Iran, managed to identify a major Zionist network of terror and sabotage and arrest a number of criminal terrorists and mercenaries affiliated with the network.

It added that a large amount of heavy bombs ready to be detonated, machine guns, handguns, silencers, and telecommunications devices were confiscated from terrorists.

The ministry also said that further details about the number of terrorists, their missions, seized equipment, and terrorists’ bases of operation cannot be released yet due to security considerations.

Just how long will it take for the ordinary people of this world to realise that the confrontation with Iran, by the US and Israel, is nothing but an elaborate and costly fraud ($’s and potentially lives) and is just another jig-saw piece toward the formation of the New American Empire?

The “Negotiations” Fraud: U.S. Propaganda, Iran & the Politics of Nuclear War
An interesting view by:

Anthony DiMaggio, who holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and as well as writing numerous books He has taught American politics and International Relations in Political Science at a number of colleges and universities.

The full article can be found here:

http://www.zcommunications.org/the-negotiations-fraud-u-s-propaganda-iran-and-the-politics-of-nuclear-war-by-anthony-dimaggio

A couple of paragraphs:

Little outside of fear mongering and hysteria is spoken about Iran in the United States. Critics of the drive for sanctions and war can be forgiven for thinking this is Iraq all over again. Americans are being driven to fear a country in which literally no evidence has been presented of a nuclear weapons threat; sanctions are being implemented that devastate the country economically; and war addicts are pushing for immediate escalation despite the fabricated threat. It’s the height of criminality, and like the Iraq war, media pundits and reporters are all pretending not to notice any of it is happening.

Sadly, as the old adage goes, those who forget the past are condemned to repeat it. Such is the case with Iran, as we are moving toward a repeat of the entire Iraq fiasco, replete with a manufactured WMD threat driving us toward war. As of March 2012, an ABC-Washington Post poll finds that 84 percent of Americans believe – in line with U.S. political propaganda – that Iran “is trying to develop nuclear weapons.” A disturbing 56 percent – according to a March 2012 Reuters poll, “support taking military action against Iran if there is evidence that Iran is building nuclear weapons,” compared to just 39 percent who oppose such action. According to the same poll, 62 percent support Israel taking military action with the backing of the United States. Another act of U.S. aggression in the Middle East will threaten to throw an already volatile and unstable region into further turmoil. In light of such danger, a sane discussion of the Iranian “threat” is desperately needed.

CBBB:
I am sure we will all be happy when Iran has nuclear weapons.
what is it about .... Iran does not have nuclear weapons; is not trying to manufacture them; does not want them as it is against their religious teachings, that you find difficult to understand? Don't hold your breath waiting for Iran to make war, just keep your eye on Usrael!!!

U.S. Sanctions Aim To Provoke An Iranian Pearl Harbor - April 15, 2012 ..... it appears more and more credible, intelligent and well read people are beginning to see the hidden agenda but, will we wake up soon enough to avoid WWIII?
Full article here:

The opening paragraph ..............

America and Israel, a.k.a. the Giant and the Serpent, want the backing of the international community on their side when they finally decide to attack Iran militarily. But isolating Iran from the world is an impossible mission, which is why USrael will ultimately fail and will be driven out like dogs from the Middle East. Most nations in the international community understand that American and Israeli hostility towards Iran is not based on the invented fear that Iran will spread nuclear proliferation by getting nuclear weapons, but on the very real fear that Iran reasserting itself as a regional power will significantly undermine USrael’s quest for world domination.

Keep guessing: US deploying fighter jets to the Gulf?

Published: 28 April, 2012, 23:45

The US says it has deployed a number of its most modern jet fighters to an air base in Southwest Asia. The announcement alarmed many, who suspect the base is actually in the United Arab Emirates just 200 hundred miles from Iran.

The Air Force did not specify the exact number or location of the recently-deployed F-22 Raptors, but confirmed that they had been sent to a base in Southwest Asia, a region that includes the UAE.

“Such deployments strengthen military-to-military relationships, promote sovereign and regional security, improve combined tactical air operations and enhance interoperability of forces, equipment and procedures,” said Air Force spokesman Capt. Phil Ventura.

Numerous reports assert that the planes have been deployed in the United Arab Emirates, just 200 miles from Iran's mainland.

The move is viewed by many as a precautionary measure ahead of crucial nuclear talks with Iran.

Washington, however, says it is a scheduled deployment and not a threat to Tehran.

Iran agreed earlier this month to discuss its nuclear program without preconditions, but refused to have private bilateral talks with a US delegation. The next round of talks is scheduled for May 23 in Baghdad.

The F-22 Raptor is considered to be the world's most sophisticated fighter. Though the F-22 has been deployed before, it has never been combat-tested since being declared operational in 2005.

Jason Ditz, a news editor at antiwar.com, believes the deployment will not bring about a higher level of security.

“If anything, it’s going to increase tensions in the region, convince the Iranian government that next month’s talks in Baghdad are not serious, and that the US is simply negotiating in bad faith once again,” Ditz told RT.

He noted that while the US and Israel were unlikely to launch an attack on Iran in the coming months, the move was nonetheless meant to be a provocation.

“The fact that they’re rumored to be organizing a simulated attack on Iran, with the cooperation of Israel, would certainly be a strong symbolic move – particularly since it’s supposed to come just two months ahead of the Baghdad talks,” Ditz added.
