So the UK gov't is going to guarantee British soldiers' savings in Cyprus. Maybe we could tax British military personnel a one-off sum of six billion? That'll solve the problem.

cant believe some people continueing with carnival parties when all this unbeilevable things are happening to us.
if the government and the f..king european union assholes get away with this.....then this is just the begining of worse to come...

Yes, Cameron can't wait to get his hands on some Cypriot assets. As soon as he heard "guarantees from Gas shares" ... he's in there offering to buy their levies. :roll:

No, it doesn't affect current accounts. Only deposits. That's why people could still withdraw from ATMs (until they need re-filling).

something bigger is being played here....for the eu to make an unprecedendented move like this, risking bank runs throughout europe, can only mean there is something hidden that noone sees yet.
