Looking at that it would seem you have kidney problems mate. They're not filtering as they should. That looks like it's just been poured from a can, with the froth and that.....

I very much enjoyed Australian micro brewery beers last time I was there. I think I will be coming back again this time next year to drive through the norther part from Sydney to Adelaide via Darwin and Alice Springs.

You will find great micro brewery beers in the states also since the last 20+ years. Well, at least that’s true in the west coast. Not sure about the east coast!

I was never a beer drinker and I am not much of a beer drinker now either.

But there are literally hundreds of micro breweries cropping up everywhere. And man, some of them are just fantastic. So much choice, flavours and they are real high quality.

We have these bars now that only sell boutique beers.

It's the type of glass surface that makes it look so dark.
If you look at the bottom it's clear.

It's a Dark Ale made by the Pirate Life Brewing Company. It is also one of the most expensive beers for us beer snobs.

https://piratelife.com.au/

There is breweries like this popping up everywhere. Bit of a brewing boom going on down under. This brewer is from Adelaide, which is famed for its beer and wine. :D

It's very strong, with nice beautiful flavour and a strong smell with lots of "hops" (whatever that means)

I did lay down the law to this Cypriot Souvla Place in Brisbane which has great food and I go there regularly.

They only have KEO, Mythos and FIX.

So I turn around to the owner and say, reh Koumbare, I have a big complaint to make. We are in Australia and have so many beers and I am so sorry but that KEO, FIX and Mythos is like drinking our own piss. Time to diversify I told him.

Now he is stocking Coopers Pale Ales, Pirate Life and Sledge hammers on my recommendations. :D

Pirate Life just came first at the Beer World Championships apparently. So you are looking at the beer that has been judged as number 1 in the world.

When I overnight in Sydney, the Hotel manager is a bit of a connoisseur so I get educated and I am going through all the craft beer selection one by one each time till I get through the lot.

So far I line Pirate Life. Plus it is an Adelaide Brewer. there is another one I was exposed to from Adelaide but i forgot its name. :?

Paphitis I really can't understand you.
So far you were telling us how great Australia was, how it's probably the best country in the world etc.
Even if America is a bit better, are you going to abandon the security of your home country just for the sake of jumping from a 95% perfect life to a 98%??
This would make sense only if there's a shortage of jobs for pilots in Australia.
If this is the case then you basically have no other choice. Go for it and forget all about it.

I never said America is a bit better.

I never said Australia is the best country in the world either. It is one of the best countries sure.

I can find as much security for myself and my family in America as I have in Australia. Money always talks Pyro. There are a whole range of factors that need to be weighed up. It's not just the money, but what you want to fly - such as long or short haul. Some people think that to make it you should fly International but in fact the opposite is true. Domestic short haul is highly desired but a lot of us and usually only the young ones prefer to go big and nasty long haul.

At the moment, everyone is throwing money at us. China for instance is offering packages that are worth 500K USD but that is because they are desperate to attract people there. They are failing because its not a destination of choice. America is however and lots of people are going there from Canada, NZ, Australia and also from Europe. Getting a job right now is as easy as picking up the phone. Kikapu is right. Recruiters are being paid big sums of money for each person they bring through the door.

I am getting emails everyday from agents and recruiters. Everyday. Recruiters for Japan, Middle East, America, China, Korea and I even got an email from a start up in Iraq of all places. They are farming our emails and phone numbers from Social media and recruitment sites on the net.

Even Turkey is offering packages of 300K USD and so on. I keep getting emails from their recruiters too. Market is volatile.
